Taking down cement plaster of any description hacking for key or raking out joint on old brick work/stone/concrete surface etc complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from frames) not exc. 1.5 sqm each etc complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from frames) exc. 1.5 Sqm but n exc 4.0 Sqm each and refixing in the same opening and making good of disturb portion etc complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down shutter of any description area exc 1.00 Sqm but not exc 2.00 sqm each etc complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from frames) exc. 1.50 Sqm but n exc 4.0 Sqm each etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooing etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 25 mm thick Cement concrete type B-0,1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course of flooing etc complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 incl dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling etc complete all as specified and as directed
