Buffing / Polishing for the column diffusers made of perforated stainless steel having approximate surface area of 11 Square meter, installed in Check-in & Security hold area at Domestic & International terminal buildings using suitable buffing compound as per technical specification complete as required.

Dismantling, Rewinding & Refixing of 3 Ph, 5 Hp capacity motors of Smoke extractor fans installed at roof of terminal buildings i/c replacement of old bearings with new bearings, Painting of motor and as per technical specification complete as required.

Replacement of existing worn out bearings of 3 Phase, 5 HP capacity Motors of Smoke Extractor fans installed at roof of terminal buildings i/c necessary cleaning, lubricating, alignment, including dismatling the worn out bearing and replace with new one, etc. as per technical specification complete as required.

Fabrication, Supply and fixing of MS supports, frames for chilled water pipelines, Condenser water pipelines, Cooling towers and ducts from floor and ceiling with 'L' angle, 'C' section, 'I' section, MS Plates, threaded rod, etc as required including necessary welding, anchor fastener (wherever required), one coat of primer painting & two coat of rustproof marine grade paint of approved color etc, as per specifications.

Painting of Angles, frames of chilled water pipelines, Condenser water pipelines, Cooling towers and ducts from floor and ceiling with 'L' angle, 'C' section, 'I' section, MS Plates, threaded rod, etc with one coat of primer painting and two coat of rustproof marine grade paint of approved colour etc as required .

Installation, testing and commissioning of of existing dismantled Aircurtains of following size at Entry, Exit and Trolley gates of Terminal building including necessary drilling, tapping,suitable fixing arrangements, clamps, bolt nuts, screws, electric power supply cable with plug top etc., required.

Provision of fiberglass re-inforced (FRP) lining on existing/New MS/GI pipe line/supports/platform external surface with two layers of (Each layer 1mm thick) fibre glass chopped standard mat on the surface bonded with isophthalic based polyester resin and finally smooth finishing the surface with 0.5mm FRP sheet and adhesive paint; including cleaning, wrapping, fixing with binding components & pigment compound layer as per technical specification complete etc as required.

Painting of HVAC rectangular grills, square aluminium grills, jet nozzles and any other AC vents/outlets etc. including removing & re-refixing (if required) with one coat of primer painting and two coat of enamel paint of approved colour and make etc as required .

Supplying, laying, fixing, testing and commissioning of following thickness closed cell elastrometric nitrile rubber of class 'O' on existing chilled water pipelines applied by suitable adhesive, as per specifications and as required complete in all respect.

Dismantling of rectangular supply/return air grills from the existing false ceiling including Measuring, Marking & Cutting required size in the false ceiling, Fixing of the same rectangular supply air grill in the false ceiling by providing reapers as per site requirement, fixing the grill to the duct using screws, etc. as complete as required i/c Scaffolding.
