15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

12 mm thick plaster on rough side of brick wall in 1:4 mix

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length(KD Wood)

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws.(KD wood )

Providing and fixing wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : (KD Wood)

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

P/F of mild steel grills fixed to window frames inc. cost of red oxide two or more coats

Dry random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth:(Quarry)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 600x600 mm

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)

Painting wood work with deluxe multisurface paint of required shade.Two or morecoats applied @ 0. 901itre/1Osqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0. 751itre/1 Osqm of approved brand and manufacture. (doors, windows, ceiling & eves boarding)

P/F of 12mm thick Plywood for ceiling i/c (30mmx30mm) woodencornice & necessary frameworks of spacing 2' x 2' of size (75mm x40mm ),complete job

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality (steel work)

P/F of 16mm dia. Anchor bolts (40 cm. long)

Providing/hoisting and fixing trusses /purlins/rafters/posts/post plates or like components includings cost of screws etc complete, first class Budloo/Silver wood

Providing and fixing high ribbed colour coated sheet for roofing (approved brand ) including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G. I limpet washersor with G. I. limpet washers filled with white lead and includinga coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approvedpaint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape whereever required.

Providing coloured ridges or hips of width 60cm overall width plain G.S. sheets fixed with polymer coated J. or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G. I. limped and bitumen washers complete.

Providing and fixing plained eaves boarding 2nd class KD wood (or plain G .I white sheets). 225x30 mm (nominal size )

Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggreagate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Add for Sanitary and electrification items(copmplete job ).(08 no. of lighting points, 04 heating points, 02 fan points, 01 Jaquar gyser of capacity 50 litre, 01 triple layer storage tank of capacity 1000 litre ,01 india type water closet with systern,01 wash basin and other pipe fittings complete Job. (Note:- all sanitary fittings to be done in PPR of approved brand like Pilsa/Vectus /supreme with approved SDR ratio and other specifications)
