Supply and fix mild steel angle iron in fencing posts & struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide inc chrome including preparation of new steel surfaces any description exc 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry of 1:3:6 type C-1 with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster with WPC in cement mortar 1:4 in two coats (10 mm thick backing coat + 5mm thick finishing coat) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping and benching including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including form work complete all as specified and as directed

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre operable length (total 90m) having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or GI bared wire tied to angle iron all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T)/Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/sq mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/metre complete all as specified and as directed Note:- Cost of MS angle C.C blocks shall be paid separately

Supply and fix Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (each line wire to be measured)

Material & Labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of Cement concrete Reinforced complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for RCC M30 design mix for Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less then 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed

All as item No 06 above but 6 to 8mm dia cut to length bend to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally hooping for stirrups, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for writing letters/ bldg Nos on walls 7.5 cm high using synthetic enamel paint white over circular/rectangular shaped black painted background (20 to 30 cm dia/long) complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing for Hard/dense soil n exc 15 cm deep with site clearance and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed
