REPAIR TO TRADE PATTERN (TP) MISCELLANEOUS FURNITURE AT AFS UNDER GE (AF) AMLA

Removing existing unserviceable THREE WAY LOCKING DEVICE and Supply & fixing or replacement by new locking device including welding of rods / fixing with bolts & nuts as applicable, fixing / replacement of metal box covering the locking device etc., complete all as per the catalogue description and all as directed.

Removing existing unserviceable HANDLES of varied models both external and Internal / Pull type and supply & fix of new heavy duty best quality handles made of steel / cromium plated and approved complete all as per catalogue design and as directed. Note : Make shall be of existing brand original handles / Godrej or equivalent as approved.

Removing unserviceable FOOT REST and supply & fix with new foot rest as per sample duly made to shape and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to matching with existing colour / shade and completely as directed.

Removing existing unserviceable LOCKS and replacing with new brass body four lever lock with duplicate key and key hole protecting lid / cover / cap as approved and all as directed. Note : Make shall be of existing brand original locks / Godrej or equivalent as approved.

Removing existing unserviceable SHELVES and supply & fix of new shelves made of 1.00 mm thick MS sheet made to shape and duly painted matching to existing colour / shade over two coats of red oxide primer. Cleats / bolts & nuts as required shall also be provided by the contractor, completely all as per drawing / design / description in the catalogue and as directed.

S & F or replacement of unserviceable PVC SHOES / BUSH / BUFFERS with best quality heavy duty PVC / NYLON made shoes / bush / buffers as approved. Note :- Set = No of 04 or 02 in case of full size.

Removing existing unserviceable SEAT and supply & fixing with new seat of same size and shape duly covered / made using best quality scratch and weather resistant approved shade, texture leather / rexine / polyester / fabric over high density (40 density) PU / Cool foam of 100mm thickness. Seat shall be fixed over 12mm thick Hot Pressed plywood of commercial grade and shall be upholstered as described and complete as approved as in the catalogue description / design & completely as directed. Note : Cost of the leather / rexine / polyester / fabric shall not be less than Rs. 400/- per meter.

Removing existing unserviceable BACK and supply & fixing with new back of same size and shape duly covered / made using best quality scratch and weather resistant approved shade, texture leather / rexine / polyester / fabric over high density (40 density) PU / Cool foam of 100mm thickness. Seat shall be fixed over 12mm thick Hot Pressed plywood of commercial grade and shall be upholstered as described and complete as approved as in the catalogue description / design & completely as directed. Note : Cost of the leather / rexine / polyester / fabric shall not be less than Rs. 400/- per meter.
