Taking out door shutter wood including stacking within 50 metres lead. Size of the shutter below 3 sq. metres

Fixing door chowkhat in existing opening including embedding chowkhats in floors or walls cutting masonry for holdfasts embedding hold fasts in cement concrete painting two coats of approved wood preservative to sides of chowkhats and making good the damages to walls and floors as required complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS 2202 Part I non-decorative type core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws. Providing lipping with 2nd class teak wood battens 25 mm minimum depth on all edges of flush door shutters over all area of door shutter to be measured. Extra for cutting rebate in flush door shutters Total area of the shutter to be measured. Providing vision panel not exceeding 0.1 sqm in all type of flush doors cost of glass excluded overall area of door shutter to be measured Rectangular or square.

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain wood grain in gloss matt suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS 2046 Type S including cost of adhesive of approved quality 1.0 mm thick

Providing and fixing Brass Aldrop 300mm chrome plated of approved quality and making proper adjustment for smooth operation etc. complete as directed.

Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary with float glass panes of nominal thickness 5 mm (weight not less than 12.5kg/sqm)

Painting with silicon & acrylic emulsion based water thinnable sealer of approved brand and manufacture on wet or patchy portion of plastered surfaces two coats

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade Two or more coats on existing cement paint surface

Disposal of building rubbish malba similar unserviceable dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading transporting unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer in charge beyond 50 m initial lead for all leads including all lifts involved.
