ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF HI WALL SPLIT/TOWER/DUCTABLE AIR CONDITIONERS - FIXED SPEED TYPE (Including Compressor): Annual maintenance work of Hi wall split/Tower/Ductable air conditioners - Fixed speed type, includes two preventive servicing (As per prescribed format), Free of cost supply and fixing of any required spare parts/material (Including Compressor) and repairing work related to breakdown maintenance of air conditioners, in order to maintain the air conditioner properly functional throughout the contract period, complete as required Note: Air conditoners included in this item are manufactured within Seven (7) to Twelve (12) years

DISMANTLING OF AIR CONDITIONER: Dismantling of air conditioner of following capacity as per standard pracitice recommanded by the AC manufacturer includes reuired pump down operation, dismantling of Indoor-Outdoor unit, complete copper piping and electrical wiring, Base plate of ID Unit and mounting stand of OD unit, Shifting of dismantled material as per instructions of Engineer, at any location of institute premises, complete as required

INSTALLATION OF AIR CONDITIONER: Installation of air conditioner cooling capacity: 1.0/1.5/2.0 TR as per standard pracitice recommanded by the AC manufacturer includes installation of Indoor-Outdoor unit at any location of institute premises and complete testing of air conditioner to make it functional.

COPPER REFRIGERANT TUBE (With Insulation): Supply and fixing of brand new soft drawn (seamless) copper (Copper 99.9%) refrigerant tube as per following specificatios and as per BIS standards, including required size flair nuts and complete thermal insulation over copper piping using rubber nitrile insulation sleeve (Class-O type) of wall thickness minimum 6.0 mm with proper clamping of refrigerant piping using appropriate size clamps/Support as per site conditions and instructions given by the engineer. Note: Copper pipes should be compatible to the refrigerant gas R-32 and R-410a

DRAIN PIPE (RIGID UPVC) OUTSIDE DIA. 1/2'': Supply and fixing of brand new rigid UPVC drain pipe (as per Schedule 40) outside dia.1/2'' for drain water piping connections of air conditioner, including required fittings, clamping, adhesive for fixing joints as per site requirement and instructions given by Engineer. Make: ISI mark or any reputed make with prior approval of engineer CSIR-NEERI. Note: Maximum elevation of the piping outside building is 30.0 feet from ground level.

WALL MOUNTING BRACKET: Supply and fixing of wall mounting bracket Material: High Strength Sheet metal, Length: 24 inch, Sheet Thickness: 2.0 MM, Duly Powder Coated and consisting of L.H-R.H Brackets and two mounting brackets with a provision of Slots/Holes for required fittings, Four Nos. of Nut & Bolt sets for fitting of Outdoor Unit on L.H-R.H brackets and Six nos. of Anchor Bolts for the fixing of mounting bracket on the wall, complete as required

ELECTRIC CABLE (Size: 2.5 Sq. MM, 4-Core): Supply and fixing of Industrial Flexible cable, Size: 2.5 Sq. MM, 4-Core, PVC Insulated and PVC Round Sheathed Multi Core, Bright Annealed Bare Copper Conductor (Multistrand) Heavy Duty Industrial Flexible Cables for Voltage Grade 1100 Volts conforming to IS: 694:2010 for the electrical connections of Air conditioner Indoor Unit and Outdoor Unit as per site conditiones and instructions of Engineer.

GAS CHARGING: Supply of refrigerant and complete gas charging work in following type of air conditioners as per required quantity & Pressure and standard practice for gas charging work including identification of gas leakage, rectification of leakage, flushing and leakage testing using nitrogen pressure, vaccume testing and complete as required.
