Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loamclay or sand) including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30m. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth up to a distance of 30m. from the foundation trenches including all T&P.

Cement concrete 4cm gauge brick ballest, fine local sand of 1.25FM and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in 1:4 in foundation and under flooor including supply of all meterials labour T&P etc require for proper complete of the work

M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour and tools and plants. ect. required for proper completion of work.

Providing 12 mm thick 1:3 Plaster with cement and coarse sand mortar.

Earth work filling with caratage including all compaction all complete.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansinon and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix, design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel), laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film,wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing spreading the concerste with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continous opreaton including provision of contraction and expansion, constructionm joints, applying dedonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where and water finishing to lines and graed as per drawing and Technical Specification clause 1501.(excluding cost of joints.

Supply and laying 200mm dia RCC hume pipe including all complete.

Supply and laying 110mm dia PVC pipe including all complete.

Disposal of building rubbish mud/malaba/ similar unserviceable, dismantal or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, trasporting, Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
