M&L for preparation of old concrete pavement / wall surfaces of any description and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Grass cutting on shoulder of the Runway Taxi track, over run areas and adjacent areas as necessary including cleaning away all grass, vegetation and uprooting of saplings, shrubs, bush,weeds , roots including making good in distrubed area and removing rubbish etc complete to a distance exc 1.5 KM and not exc 5.0 KM from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - The grass,plants,shrubs,vegetation and bushes shall not be allowed to grow more than 150 mm from the ground level at any time.Cutting and trimming work shall has to be carried out using petrol driven grass cutting machines or with manual labour equipped with tools.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in soft / loose soil including removing of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mechanaized cleaning of vegetation and grass (upto height 3" from GL) around the runway , Taxi track & Link roads of Runway and other areas within Air Force Academy Hyderabad ) by Providing 01 No. Tractor (capacity not less than 35.0 HP and not older than 2014 vintage) with 'D' type jungle jim having steel chain and bullet gear box and also including 01 No. driver cum operator including necessary Fuel / Oil & Lubricant etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Desiting of drain (open / closed) of any size by removing taking out silt, sand, clay & sludge etc from the drain and removing the same to a distance exc 1.5 Km and not exc 5.0 Km with in MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The material obtained from desilting of drains shall be measured & Paid through stack measurement under this item only.

Racking out old Expansion joints except fillers board and back up rod and cleaning and removal old material dirt etc. completely from joints and filling 20 mm thick and 30 mm deep expansion joints with polyurethane / Polysulphide based sealant compound including applying primer with min Movement Accommodation Factor (MAF) ± 30% confirming to the requirement of BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN-141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/ Water resistance test including 2 coats of primer complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.

Racking out old Construction joints except fillers board and back up rod and cleaning and removal old material dirt etc. completely from joints and filling 10 mm thick and 30 mm deep construction joints with polyurethane / Polysulphide based sealant compound including applying primer with min Movement Accommodation Factor (MAF) ± 30% confirming to the requirement of BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN-141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/ Water resistance test including 2 coats of primer complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.

Racking out old Construction (Dummy) joints except fillers board and back up rod and cleaning and removal old material dirt etc. completely from joints and filling 10 mm thick and 30 mm deep dummy joints with polyurethane/Polysulphide based sealant compound including applying primer with min Movement Accommodation Factor (MAF) ± 30% confirming to the requirement of BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN-141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/ Water resistance test including 2 coats of primer complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.
