Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness, (Below or above ground level) and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, PCC block masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 M and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish outside MD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, Plain Cement Concrete, (1:2:4), type B1 ,using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided water troughs and the like including eathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width, in PCC 1:3:6 mix, type C1, (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs in 1:2:4 mix, type B1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate), 10cm thick ( with plain or interlocking joints as directed) and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Walling of Random Rubble stone masonry, using Bangalore type stone obtained from demolition, un-coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM(1:6), complete all as specified and directed. Note : Serviceable stones obtained from demolition shall be re-used under this item.

Taking down cement plastering of any thickness on brick, concrete or stone walls, partitions, ceilings etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, removal of rubbish off the premises.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in Cement mortar 1:4, on brick work/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces in cement mortar(1:4) and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV Resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : The Bldgs in which repairs are to be carried out are of G+4, necessary cost of scaffolding shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.)

Material and labour for preparing of old plastered surfaces of Walls and applying one coat of weather proof anti fungal exterior emulsion paint, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : The Bldgs in which repairs are to be carried out are of G+4, necessary cost of scaffolding shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.)

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and above but to length bent to shape required inclding cranking bending etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less then 0.90mm complete all as specified and directed.

M &L TMT bars 6 mm to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC type C-1, (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in path/Hardstandiing,Plinth protection finished surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of paving/plinth, Hard standing complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified.

S&F Chequered cement concrete commercial Tiles 30cmx30cmx20 to 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut and polished laid and over and including 15mm Screed in CM 1:6 including all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairs to 20mm thick Granite work (of any type) (table rubbed and premirror polished) in pillar for gates, single piece in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in cement white (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite, including making hole for gas pipe including half rounding the edges of granite, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/ removing vegetation growth / plants of any size of area n.exc 0.5sqm above chajjas, roof slabs, parapet walls, junction of SWR pipe and wall etc up to roots and applying/ injecting suitable chemical for preventing further growth and making good the surface in CM 1:3 up to height of 16 m all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or old mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, mild steel work as in framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for expanded metal, not exceeding 4 Kg / Sq m, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanized steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel angle iron or other stock section posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire, exc flat iron fillets (for securing wire meshetc) all necessary drilling bolting orriveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, embedded in concrete / brick work, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete, (1:4:8), type D2 ,using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation concrete including necessary formwork if required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Ist quality) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith with a coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cover slab & old kerb stone of any description & in any position and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified.

M&L Precast RCC in 1:3:6 mix, type C1 using 20mm stone aggregate as in cover slab of manhole, gully trap, drain etc.and set in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, factory made special shaped precast machine pressed kerb stone using M-25 grade concrete including dismantling of existing kerb stone of any type/description and necessary earthwork and set in CM 1:3 and including making drainage opening wherever required complete and disposing off rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable barbed wire fencing of any description and in any position, Supply and fixing new Galvanized. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Each line wire to be measured.

Material and labour for preparing the old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.
