Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description and in any position including PCC padding any thickness and cleaning, wire brushing, watering and removal of debris outside MOD complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Unit rate quoted shall also include for removal of any type of GI /CI /PVC pipe laying of roof etc., and PVC water storage tank any capacity wherever existing carefully and refixing at the same or other position after completion of roof repair work.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floors by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with waters to remove dusts etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (Using12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete padding (over roof slab) laid to required slope including finishing the concrete surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cement mortar 1:4 for laying roof finish as padding finished with WPC 3% by weight of total cementcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 Litre / sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87 to 0.89 Kg / litre at 25 degree Celsius on the prepared dry roof surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighting 3 kg/ sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surfaces by torch application method complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.10 kg/ sqm membrane surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on roof slab, parapet walls etc., at any height, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 20mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 20mm bore dia, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 25mm or 32 mm bore dia, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for GI tubes 20mm bore, medium grade, galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for GI tubes 25mm bore, medium grade galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for GI tubes 32mm bore, medium grade galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair stop valves 20mm bore, cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure, with crutch of butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair stop valves 25mm bore, cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure, with crutch of butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair stop valves 32mm bore, cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure, with crutch of butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for new or old surfaces of exterior wall decorating and water proofing treatment to wall surface by wire brushing in order to remove dust, dirt, loose particles, laitance. Thereafter wash the surface with clean water and allow to dry. Fill visible cracks/ joints by chemistic crack seal caulking compound and allow to dry for 24 hours. Apply a primer coat of chemistic prime M Seal (water based primer) and allow to dry for 6 hours. Thereafter apply 02 coats of chemistik PDS-50 (WB high build anticorrosive coating cum waterproofing) and shade by brush at the interval of 08 hours between the coat and allow to dry to match the existing shade including necessary scaffolding for any height, covering etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
