Terms & Conditions
● The bidder is required to quote prices inclusive of cost of incidental services and applicable duties, inclusive of GST, which shall be paid as per prevailing rates.
● Bidder shall not leave any field blank. A NIL value quoted against any item above shall lead to rejection of the proposal.
● Prices quoted, including but not limited to software license, hardware supply, customization, integration, implementation, training, AMC, resource cost, and Change Request costs, shall remain fixed for the entire contract period.
● BSRTC reserves the right to seek a detailed cost break-up and justification from the bidder to assess the reasonableness of the quoted prices.
