Providing undressed wood work in roof truss,rafter, purlin, tie and the like including hoisting and fixing in position with necessary spikes,nails including M.S straps with bolt and nuts etc. complete with kiricide oiling two coats to all timber members and two coats of anticorrosive paint to M.S straps (M.S flats, angle clesats and bolt and nuts required for flats, angle cleats wherever use shall be measured and paid separately). With 2nd class treated timber.

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters including stacking the materials as directed by the department for all levels.

Dismantling all types of corrugated/trapezoidal sheet roofing including ridges,hips,valleys and gutters etc. and stacking the materials as directed by the department for all levels.

Providing corrugated galvenised Iron sheet roofing of TATA SHAKTEE/SAIL including fitting and fixing necessary galvanised Jor L hooks , bolts and nuts 8 mm dia with bitumen washer 25 mm dia x 3 mm thick and 1.6 mm thick limpet washer complete excluding coast of roof truss, purlin etc. (Roof trussedd and purlin etc. to be measured and paid separately). 0.45 mm thick.

Providing asbestos cement corrugated sheet roofing 6 mm thick fixed with G.I. Coach screw squre head, 8 mm dia and 115 mm long/ G.I. cranked hook bolt/G.I. Holt/G.I. cranked bolt of 8 mm dia with G.I. Flat washer 25 mm dia x 1.0 mm thick and bitumen washer 25 mm dia x 3 mm thick complete excluding the cost of roof truss, purlins etc. (roof trusses turplin etc. to be measured and paid separately).

Providing A.C. ridging fixed with G.I. coach screws.

Attending roof leakage of AC/CGI sheet roofing with black putty, self adhesive tarfelt etc. complete as directed.

Providing galvd iron ridging of TATA SHAKTEE/ SAIL including supplying and fixing necessary galvd screws / washers etc. complete as directed. 0.45 mm thick & 150 mm lapping.

Preparing the RCC surface in roof slab, chajjas, terraces, sunken slabs, septic tank, OH tank, raft slab, wall etc by throughly cleaning with wire brush etc. followed by power washing for making the surface absolutely free from any foreign particles like dust, oil, grease atc. and allowing surface to dry complete as direc ted at all levels including extra for removing and chipping brick bat corba, tarfelt etc.

Grading roof for water proofing treatrment with (a) cement concrete 1:2:4 (i) 1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg. 20 mm nominal size). Cement concrete 1:2:4

Providing, supplying, mixing, laying 8mm thick cement Plastering in prop.1:6 over R.C.C. surfaces mixed with integral waterproofing compounds like Master Proof IWP-1 of Choksey Chemicals /Dr. Sealkit No.1 (Asian Chemicals) / Rheomac 707 of BASF@ 0.2% by weight of cement conforming to IS:2465 as specified and directed by the Department complete.
