Providing, Fitting, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 1 No. submersible pump sets of specification 12000 GPH x 76 mtrs at Tube Well Press club by way of fabrication and fitting of. U-shaped tie rod/clamp which is to be fabricated out of MS flat and to be fitted with submersible pumps by fabrication and fitting of bolts and nuts which are to be welded on both sides of the clamp. The job also includes fabrication of expander / reducer nipples for NRV of required size which is to be fabricated out of MS plate threaded at one end and flanged at the other end. Coupling the pump and motor and testing the pump set and testing It in test pit in workshop and Shifting to site of work. Installation, Testing and commissioning of Submersible Pump set extracting of already lowered pump set along with submersible cable and column pipes. Making of Connections of Submersible cable with motor Leads and lowering of Submersible Pump set, Material i.e. Tie rod, Expander Reducer, Nipple, Nuts, Bolts Rubber Sheets, Main Switch and Labour Charges.
