Comprehensive maintenance, Repair & routine maintenance of lifts of make Thyssenkrupp Elevator India including carrying out daily check and periodical services and attending lift in case of emergency for a period of 11 months. The lift is of fully automatic electrically operated Passenger lift with a carrying capacity of 13 Passenger lift(G+9, 884 kgs) with speed 0.5 metre per second with single speed motor and AC variable voltage and variable frequency (VVVF) complete with all standard accessories automatic and dual controlled operation centre opening door with door drive sliding steel doors including oiling and cleaning of controller, motor, machine, Oiling and greasing of guide rails and bearings, replacement of oil and all spares as required installed at following buildings :- (a) Vijay (b) Veer (c) Nirbhik (d) Parakram (e) Himmat (f) Sahas (g) Praksh (h)Shajimon (i) Parvat (j)Rajanikant (k) Annant (l)Shashank(m) Yogesh (n) Hari Om (o) Dukpa & Sherpa (Note:-Each Building has one Lift-13 Passenger capacity thus total 15 lifts installed)

Disconnecting and taking out defective U/S main drive (any make) from existing control panel and supply, installation, commissionong of 11 KW Main VVVF lift Drive suitable for traction elevator operation complete with control interface, protection circuitry and all accessories as required for 13 passanger lift in G+9 storey building complete with all electric Connection complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting and taking out defective U/S main drive (any make) from existing control panel and supply, installation, commissionong of 5.5 KW Main VVVF lift Drive suitable for traction elevator operation complete with control interface, protection circuitry and all accessories as required for 08 passanger lift in G+9 storey building complete with all electric Connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix of free sealed acid batteries 12 Volts, 18 AH suitable for lift ARD/UPS system all as specified and. directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Supply and fix in replacement of LED/CFL lights complete with wiring connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of new cabin ventilation fan suitable as per existing size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix OSG (Over speed Governor) of lifts make lift serviceable complete all as specified and directed..

Supply and fix in replacement of car operating panel(COP) with digital display operate on 24 volt Dc with SS plate. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for 13 passengers lift of approved make having a rated capacity of 3000 VA / 1980 Watts. It shall be a line-interactive type UPS with pure sine wave output, suitable for powering lift ACB panels and associated control systems. The UPS shall operate on a nominal input voltage of 230V AC, with an input operating range of 160V to 286V and frequency of 50/60 Hz ±3 Hz (auto-sensing). The output voltage shall be 230V AC, with tight voltage regulation of ±5%, frequency stability, and a fast transfer time of ≤2 milliseconds during power failure. The system shall provide automatic voltage regulation (AVR) and total harmonic distortion (THD) of less than 5% at full load. The unit shall be equipped with internal sealed maintenance-free VRLA batteries (RBC55 cartridge), providing a minimum backup time of 15–20 minutes at 50% load, with a recharge time of approximately 3 hours to 90% capacity. The UPS shall include audible alarms for battery discharge, overload, and fault conditions, along with LED indicators for online status, battery status, and load level. It shall support USB, RS232 serial communication, and SmartSlot for SNMP card integration, and optionally include an Emergency Power Off (EPO) feature Complete all as specified and directed.
