Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders (Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table (300-2) ( including compensation of earth.)(a), (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Plant Mix Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density,complete as per cl. 401( with an initial lead of 5 Km.)

Providing,laying,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing,rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and cember, aplying and brooming stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required dansity as per technical specifications clause 405. Using stone screening Grading -III by manual means.

Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement (M40) having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504 complete including carriage.(Ch 0.00m to Ch250.00m)

Providing and laying M-40 grade cement concrete Edge block/ Edge restraints complete as per Technical specification clause 1504.

Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the reqd. density ( with an initial lead of 5.0 km.) Grading- III (a) Using Screening Crushable type such as Moorum or Gravel

Providing and laying Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement (ICBP) conforming to IS:15658-2006 including all lead and lift complete as per technical specification and as directed. (a) 80mm thick interlocking precast blocks having compressive strength of 40N/sq.mm.

(c) Providing and laying M-40 grade cement cum concrete Edge block/ Edge restraints complete as per Technical specification clause 1504.

Retro reflectorised Traffic sign: Providing and erecting of Retro-Reflectrorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of high intensity encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick fixed on an angle iron of 25x25x4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade Cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign. ( All the Steel work must be Tata/Sail/or any other approved brand) (ii) 60cm equilateral traingle

Prime coat:Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Tack Coat:- (I) Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emultion (RS-1) using emultion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 Kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous surface, cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503(RS-1)

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix surfacing of 20mm thickness composed of 11.2mm to 0.9mm aggregate either using penetration grade bitumen(60/70grade) or emultion to required line, grade and level to surface wearing course on a prevously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plan, laying and rolling with a wheeled 80-100 KN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 509.Case-I By Manual Means, (i) Bitumen (S-90)

Seal coat:- Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bitumenious surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B & Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510case-I type A (i) Bitumen (S-90).

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MOSRT&H's fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance .
