Dragging of ST/PCC Pole to pit site, digging of pit erection and grouting (As per RESPO Norms) of LT support suitable for laying of ABC Line on 9 / 11 Mtr Long ST Pole by providing of necessary eye hook/LT shackle insulator with clamps and its accessories etc. as per RESSPO Specification (Only pole will by provided by the Department.)

Dragging of ST Pole digging of pit erection of sub-station type double pole structure on ST Pole with fixing of necessary item such as Top Channel, along with grouting (As per RESPO Norms) Dropper Channel, 11 pin insulator with Pin & 11 KV Disc Insulator with fitting, DO Fuse set its ramming, as per RESPO Specification and provided longitude-latitude details with photograph of work (Only Pole and insulator will be Provided by the Department).

Cable Hosting of 11 KV 3x70 sq. mm XLPE Cable at the following including jumpering etc complete with help of GI Pipe as Per RESPO Norms. (GI pipe and other required material shall be supplied by the contractor).

Earthing of poles as per RESPO norms (All the Materials Supplied by the contractor).

Boaring type earthing for TF (Neutral & Body) of with 60 Fit Deep borring and providing GI Pipe 1.5" dia ("B" Class) and earthing must be joint by G.I. Strip of 32x5 mm thick long attached with nut & bolts and GI pipe cap.as per RESPO norms (All material and labour shall be supplied the contractor)

Construction of T/F plinth of size 2x2x1.5 mtr with the help first class brick & masonry in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse. Filling the structure completely per norms with RCC to 1:2:2 cement & stone grit with MS bar and MS channel for resting transformer. (All material and labour shall be supplied the contractor).

Wiremess fencing of 11/0.4 KV S/S & Distribution box shall be made of rectangular of size as per site requirement not exceeding 3 meter fabrication 45x45x5 mm angel the frame is also have 1 no. Horizontal runner of MS flat 40x5 welded in middle to support of wire mesh. Rectangular welded type wire mess of size 50x25 made of 12 S.W.G. wire mess shall be welded all along the periphery of the frame as well as on horizontal runner to give extra strength of welding to wire mess welded on the frame. Diagonal bracing of all the frame panel will be welded with Ms flat of size 25x3mm to support as per RESPO specification & direction of E/I (All material will be provided by the contractor).

Proper laying & commissioning of 3x120 sq.mm Aerial Bunched Conductor. (Only ABC Cable will be Provided by the department).

Fixing and laying of LT PVC Cable 1x400 sq.mm as per RESPO Norms (Only PVC cable will be provided by the department).

Laying of 3X70 sq.mm 11 KV XLPE cable by drill method as per RESPO Norms. (Only 11 KV XLPE cable will be provided by the Department).

Grouting of ST Pole.

Supply and fixing of copper L-piece for 250 KVA TF (62x225x12 MM) as per RESPO Norms

Supply and fixing of aluminium Lug for 250 KVA TF (400sqmm) as per RESPO Norms

Supply & Construction of Messonary Type LT Distribution box with 3 No. Fuse Unit with Bus Bar)All material shall be supplied by contractor)

Supply and fixing of Danger board with Clamp as per RESPO Norms

Fabrication, errection & commissioning of 250 KVA T/F on Plinth with all accessories. (All material except 250 KVA T/F shall be supplied by the Contractor).

Fixing OUTDOOR / INDOOR END TERMINATION JOINTING KIT FOR 11 KV 3X70 SQMM XLPE CABLE. (Jointing Kit will be provided by the Department).

Miscellaneous Item (Al. Lugs, L-Peace, Clamp, D-Jumper Wire, Nut Bolt, Hook etc as per required proposed work)

G.S.T. Extra as per rules.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION / NOTICE -On completion of the work, close view updated photographs of the said work along with GEO Tag must be made available.
