Excavation post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out in soft /loose soil, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and not exceeding 1.5m deep in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 Nominal mix (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete including formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Mild Steel work as in Tubular Posts connected to trusses, etc including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS - 1161, Grade YST - 240,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Roof trusses ,Post (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.( Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel Plates( Plain or chequred) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk ) forming holes without any attchement ( Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required :hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges:large hasps and staples; chains; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three waystraps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip, and straight flashing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Aluminium flat iron work in, wind ties screwed as directed, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc, and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of New or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) over a coat of red/zinc oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement plaster, any descriptionon brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 75mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 C2 Nominal mix (40mm grades aggregate) for paving, sub base & path including formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 25mm thick with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 20mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in two layer 5mm thick in CM 1:4 over backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 finsihed the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite machine cut in skirting/dado laid over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on vertical surfaces as backing coat of wall tiles etc and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing of type in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete type B-1 1:2:4 Nominal mix (20mm graded aggregate) as in coping for side portion or corner portions including formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
