Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Split type Air Conditioner of Capacity 3 TR,Single Phase, BEE 3 Star rating ( BEE rating year 2024), environment friendly refrigerant R-32, fitted with highly energy efficient Inverter rotary compressor,(Turbo cool, Humidity control, dust filter,self diagnosis, Stabilizer-Free Operation, Inner Grooved 100% Copper tubes, Anti-corrosive protection, Blue fins in ODU and Gold Fins in IDU) including PVC FRLS grade multistranded copper conductor cable 3 core 6 Sqmm for connections with outdoor unit, Copper connection pipes (3 Mtrs), GI brackets for outdoor unit, clamps, nuts, bolts, washers, drilling holes on walls/ceiling for connection/drain pipes and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall with PCC, white cement and painting work to match with the existing surface of wall complete all as specified and directed. Make- Blue Star Model No. - IM336AANU1 or equivalent specifactions/ model in Daikin/Voltas/LG/Hitachi.

Note for item 1.00 above: - (a) Installation work to be carried out by OEM or Authorised dealer) (b) Copper connection pipes exceeding 3 Mtrs and PVC drain pipes shall be measured and paid separately. (c) ISEER should be 3.6 and above. (d) Moisture removal 2.75 ltr/hrs. (e) Compressor Warranty 5 years.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure TPN verticla type type DB 430 volts 8 way double door type, with 200 amps rated bus bar with IP43 protection & conforming to IEC 61439-1&3, IS:8623-1&3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- MCCB & TPN MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.

S & F MCCB 4 Pole of capacity 125 Amps, 50 Hz, 415V with rupturing capacity of 16 KA including spreader terminals complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in MCB SP, 240 Volts, AC 50 Hz 40 Amps, 10 KA, 'C' curve complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Metal Clad plug and socket DB of IP-40 protection, including MCB SPN 'C' Series 40 Amp 230 Volts, 50 Hz AC supply complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sub Main Wiring 2 x 6.0 sq. mm + 1 x 6.0 sq. mm earth wire PVC FRLS insulated cable of size 6 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable drawn into and including PVC casing caping and of suitable size, with all fixing accessories and one run 6 Sqmm multistrand copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire including taking down old submain wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note :- Two run of 6 Sqmm Wire and One run of 6 Sqmm Earth wire in One RM length Measured as one unit length).

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep in soft/loose soil) for laying of cables, GI pipe or filling of earth resistance enhance compound and getting out including levelling of bottom suface to required level complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 m away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying, jointing and commissioning in replacment LT underground cables XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductors, 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core including taking down unserviceable cable, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 10.00 above but of size 70 Sqmm 4 Core

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade 50 mm bore under road crossing or on poles for protection of cable.

All as per item No. 12.00 above but of size 80 mm dia

Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) conforming to IS 19430 Part -1 of size 110mm outer dia and 95 mm inner dia complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) conforming to IS 19430 Part -1 of size 90mm outer dia and 76 mm inner dia complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition/cutting of Road /path /concrete in ground floors and pavings (below or above ground level) .complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for plain cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) 100mm thick, as in for making top surface of road cutting , finished fair & even complete all as specified and as directed.

INCOMER (i) MCCB 4 Pole, current rating 250 Amps (As Incoming), breaking capacity 35kA at 415V, 50Hz. Make- C&S/Schneider/Legrand/L&T/Havells - 01 Nos.

OUTGOING (i) MCCB 4 Pole, current rating 125 Amp (As outgoing), 16 kA at 415V, 50Hz. Make-C&S/Schneider/Legrand/L&T/Havells - 05 Nos.

Supply & Fixing Copper Pipe Set of dia 3/4" (19.05mm) for suction line & of 3/8" (9.52mm) for liquid line including foam insulation sleeves. Note :- One meter of 3/8" (10.05mm), one meter of 3/8" (9.52mm) copper pipes & insulation foam shall be combindly measured as one unit i.e. one running metre for payment.

M&L for copper strip of size 20x3.15mm fixed on epoxy earth strip insulator of suitable size (as required) incuding fixing screws and fastners complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode of size 600mmx600mmx3.15mm, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs deep below normal ground level, connected to copper earth strip of size 20 x3 mm by means of brazing and connected to earthing test point / distribution board/equipments or any other indicated situation by means of brazing all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) and testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling, removing of soil. GI medium grade pipe 20 mm dia 1.5 mtr long with funnel and wire mesh as watering pipe, and GI medium grade pipe 32mm dia as earth lead protection pipe. Earth pit chamber made of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including 40mm thick chamber cover made of 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars at 100 c/c on both ways precast chamber cover with lifting handle 16mm dia round bars including chorcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15 cm thick covering all faces of earth electrode plate, including taking down old one, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- (i) The rates quoted for the complete earthing shall deemed to include the cost of copper strip 20x3mm and GI medium grade protection pipe upto 7.5 Mtrs. (ii) Copper earth strip and GI medium grade protection pipe beyond 7.5 Mtrs length shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for CI Cable route marker of round shape, size 100mm dia embossed as "LT cable" fixed to MS angle iron of size 50x50x6mm and height 300mm from ground level and imbedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 20mm stone graded aggregated of block size 300x300x450mm including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer including neceessay earth work complete all as specified and directed.
