Fabrication and erection of New Gates (Emergency and Service Gate) Embedded Parts, Hoisting Arrangement, Shed and Platform of Bai Banki Reservoir Scheme

Cleaning of gate groove by removal of sand, mud, boulders, etc. of emergency and service gate 0F BAI BANKI RESERVOIR SCHEME as per specification & direction of E/I.

Extraction of gate from gate groove by dismantling old and worn out Emergency and service gate of BAI BANKI RESERVOIR SCHEME as per direction of E/I.

Dismantling of P.C.C./R.C.C. of embedded part, bottom seal , of Emergency and Service gate, hoist beam of hoisting platform and trash rack of BAI BANKI RESERVOIR SCHEME as per direction of E/I.

Providing and laying of P.C.C./R.C.C M -20 with nominal mix (1:1.5:3) for emergency and service gate of embedded parts, top seal ,bottom seal, hoist bridge, trash rack etc as per specification and direction of E/I.(SOR RCD, page no-477, item no-12.08(C)case-ii)

Fabrication, Erection, manufacturing of Emergency and Service gate , embedded parts, bottom seal ,top seal and rubber seal with all cost of material, all complete job as per specification and direction of E/I.

Fabrication and erection of Hoist Bridge hoisting support beam, plate operating platform and service Platform of the well as per direction and specification of E/I.

Fabrication and erection of shed of the operating platform of well gate as per direction and specification of E/I.

Fabrication and erection of Ladder of the well as per direction and specification of E/I

Manufacturing fitting and fixing of worm gear and worm shaft screw hoist system all complete job including cost of worm gear made up of C.I with phosphorous bronze nut worm shaft ,heavy duty lower and upper thrust ball bearing and housing cover to be fabricated 16mm thick M.S plate etc. for service and emergency gate all complete job as per specification and direction of E/I.

Fabrication, fitting and fixing of trash rack as per direction of E/I. (SIZE=1.5MX1.5M)

Hiring charge of diesel pump for dewatering

Cleaning of well, tunnel, (Upstream), removing Desalting including labour cost all job with of material as per direction of E/I.

Installing and lifting of all gate of head works service and emergency gate, in gate groove embedded and hoisting arrangement etc. by use 20 tonn capacity crane(payment will be made as per actual work done) (SOR-2022, part-A, page no-51 P&M-88)

Construction of coffer dam by sand filling in empty cement plastic bags for stopping water in to up-stream and after complete the work disposal of coffer dam all complete job of Bai Banki Reservoir scheme as per specification and direction of E/I.

Carriage of material by diesel truck including loading and unloading properly as per as per specification and direction of E/I. (I) CEMENT LEAD

Maintenance repair and operation of gate for 3 years all complete job for 02 well as per specification and direction of E/I
