Repair of Stage of Auditorium

Structural steel work with Galvanised Iron section riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. The section will be of 40*40 square pipe and 2 mm thickness.

Dismantling of wooden flooring and re-fixing the same resilient wooden stage flooring consisting top layer of 94 mm (W) x 25mm thk superior grade knotfree, seasoned Teak wood planking (finished with 3 coats of matt french polish) with Tongue and groove joints in both directions, planks fixed with adhesive and blind nails on under layer of 18 mm thick cement fibre board fixed over 50x50 mmGI Square pipes as per dirtection of EIC. The GI pipe work will be paid in separate items. The debrish will be removed and disposed of within 3 KM. No extra cost will be paid for the disposal of the debris. The wooden round batten will be fixed as per requirement so that the wooden plank will not removed or slipped.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.
