Providing Grouting in R.C.C. walls & slabs by drilling holes @ 300mm c/c upto half of the wall depth in zigzag manner or as per drawings using a drill machine and fixing a nozzle of 20mm dia. for injecting a grout/ grout slurry till the refusal of injected grout material from adjacent nozzle (grouting operation pressure shall be in between 2 to 4kg per sq.cm.). Followed by cutting the exposed nozzle so as to make the wall free from the grouting pipes and to seal the gap with polymer modified mortar as specified and directed by the Department complete at all levels. Demolishing the plastering from walls/ R.C.C. And P.C.C. Members without causing any damage to the wall/ member upto any height including disposal of debris as directed for all levels.

Preparing the RCC surface in roof slab, chajjas, terraces, sunken slabs, septic tank, OH tank, raft slab, walls etc. by thoroughly cleaning with wire brush etc. followed by power washing for making the surface absolutely free from any foreign particles like dust, oil, grease etc. and allowing surface to dry complete as directed at all levels.

Doing patch work in depression of concrete surface wherever necessary by laying epoxy putty, Nitocote VF of Fosroc Chemicals as specified & directed by the Department complete after proper surface preparation and proper scraping of concrete protrusion (surface preparation including thorough cleaning of surface to be measured and paid separately).

Applying of Nitowrap 410 saturant with wet film thickness @ 250 microns over a coat of saturant epoxy primer Nitowrap 30 of fosroc chemicals with brush followed by fixing of Carbon fibre composite system Nitowrap EP(CF) by pressing on the saturant and impregnate the same by applying a final coat of Nitowrao 410 as specified and directed by the department. Demolishing brick work including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials as directed for all levels.

Code for R.C.C. work/ R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete. Supplying, fitting, fixing and painting where necessary (one coat primer and two coats of paint) suspended ceiling which includes G.I. perimeter channels of size 0.55mm thick (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm) along with perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall/ partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610mm c/c. Then suspending G.I. intermediate channels of size 45mm (0.9mm thick with two equal flanges of 15mm each) from the soffit at 1220mm c/c with ceiling angle of width 25mmx10mmx0.55mm thick fixed to soffit with G.I.cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Providing, fitting and fixing powder coated pressed steel door frame made of 1.25mm/ 1.6mm thick sheet of various sizes with necessary hinge jamb, lock jamb, head and steel base ties at the bottom of the frame.
