RESURFACING OF CENTRAL PARADE GROUND AND RESURFACING AND WIDENING OF EXISTING INTERNAL ROADS AT NASIK ROAD CAMP

Scarifying or picking gravelled,macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n. exc. 400 sq m and exc. 100 mm and n. exc. 150 mm deep including disposal of debris outside MD land, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Hardcore of gauge exc. 63 mm but n. exc. 100 mm of broken stones or boulders, deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified.

M&L Repair to potholes any depth, not exc. 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air blower/ power compressor to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of VG-10 grade paving bitumen @ 5.0 kg/Ten Sqm complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified.

M&L Preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air blower/ power compressor to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of VG-10 grade paving bitumen @ 2.50 kg/Ten Sqm complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified.

M&L Premixed Dense bituminous macadam (average consolidated thickness 50 mm or less) laid, spread using mechanical paver with 4.5 % binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen binder of grade VG - 30 grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using vibrator power roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne but not exceeding 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 1. Quantity of DBM to be ascertained by taking levels before and after the execution of DBM work. 2. Adequate required slope to be maintained at this stage itself to ensure adequate drainage.

M&L Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40 mm thick consolidated thickness using bitumen grade VG-30 with 5.00% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required chamber and gradient using hot mix plant and using mechanical paver & rolling by vibratory roller, spread, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient; complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete (DAC) 40 mm thick consolidated thickness using bitumen grade VG-30 with 6% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using hot mix plant and sensor paver & rolling by tandem vibratory roller to achieve 98% filled density as per output given in respective clause and thereafter rolling by pneumatic tyred roller subject to minimum 20 passes or as per directed by EIC complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Moorum / red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified in Table 400-1 of MoRTH specification for Road and Bridge works, 2013 in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required. The material shall be mechanically mixed, spread and levelling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of at least 98% of the Maximum dry density, consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Laying and compacting 225 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) laid in three layers of 75 mm thick each, grading as per table 400-13 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013, manufactured in WMM plant and material shall comprise of clean, crushed graded stone aggregates (Basalt /trap /granite) and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, carriage of mixed material by tippers to site, laid in uniform layer over prepared sub base /base course using mechanical paver and rolled and compacted with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidated to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerance shall be as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specification for Road and Bridge works 2013, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing new WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air blower/ power compressor to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of VG-10 grade paving bitumen @ 7.50 kg/Ten Sqm complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified.

M&L Premixed Dense bituminous macadam (average consolidated thickness 75 mm) laid, spread using mechanical paver with 4% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen binder of grade VG - 30 grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using vibrator power roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne but not exceeding 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed. M&L Providing and laying 60 mm thick, factory made, chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade, made by table vibratory method using PU mould in required colour and pattern and of approved size and shape confirming to IS: 15658-2006, as in foot path, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., laid over and including 50 mm thick compacted coarse /crushed sand bedding layer; laid to true line, level, compacted and properly embedded in sand bed through vibratory compaction using plate vibrator etc., finishing and sweeping, complete as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, 75 mm thick, as in sub base or sub floor or floor, finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM laid with coarse aggregate of granite trap or basalt of grading 1 (90 to 40mm size) spread, laid with mechanical pavers. rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and vibratory roller. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Repairs to pot holes any depth n.exc 1 Sq.m area each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water. scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with painting by hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 using special applicator machine all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green. red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection embedding in and including PCC 1:2:4 block (150 x 150 x 300 mm) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 20 mm with PAMA strip lens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instruction.

Supply and fix in repairs solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proof design according to IP 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono crystalline solar panel 2.4 V/ 0.3 watt one Nl-ed rechargeable battery (1.2 V/ 1600 MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in window or door cills, lintels, bressummers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match; complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing new surfaces of Brick/ Stone work or concrete of any description not otherwise described exc. 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Colour and shade shall be as approved by GE.

Earth work in excavation in all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge, complete all as specified.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting using power roller exc 8 tonne & n. exc. 12 tonne, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar, as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified.
