Annual maintenance contract for window/split ACs(excluding EESL scope), refrigerator & water cooler of different makes at various station and service buildings over Raipur Division for a period of Two years.

The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or V whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-VIB, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any of the following during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender.

The definition for similar nature of work will be "The tenderer should have satisfactorily executed and completed the work as mentioned below Electrical work for General Services i.e. Power Supply System (upto and including 33 KV voltage) or Air-Conditioning or Water Coolers or Air coolers/ Desert Coolers (This does not included OHE, PSI words for Electric Traction Distribution): The definition for similar nature of' work will be - "The tenderer should have satisfactorily executed and completed any work as mentioned below: 1.Electrification of service building or Staff quarters or Offices or Road and Colony Lighting or Circulating Area Lighting or Washing Pits or Sheds or Workshops or UTS/PRS or UPS or Battery charging facilities or Pre-cooling facilities or platforms and Yards etc. 2.Erection and Commissioning of LT, HT upto 33KV Overhead Lines oe Electrical Sub-station or LT/HT UG power cables. 3.Annual Electrical Maintenance contract of Service building or staff quarters or Electrical sub-station or DG set or Train lighting and/ or Air conditioning coaches excluding RMPU units of AC Coaches. 4.Erection and commissioning of any type and capacity of Electrical Pumping set. 5.Electrification of ON Grid connected or Off-Grid connected solar power plant. 6.Electrification of advance Energy metering system or Smart Energy metering system or Prepaid Energy meters. 7.Erection and commissioning or AMC/CMC of Window/Split ACs/Water Coolers/ Refrigerators/Ductable package system of air conditioning/Centralized Air Cooling unit/ Centralized air conditioning unit or hiring of desert coolers/ Air coolers. 8.Any above work or combination of (1) to (7) above, The above work must have been carried out in any of the following organization: (a)Central Government Department or State Government

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Goods & Services Tax (GST) registration certificate copy should be attached

The Tender/Firm must have valid Electrical Contractor License (ECL) and copy of license must be uploaded in IREPS site during bid. In case Tenderers submitted with ECL issued in the name other Firms/Tenderers will be summarily rejected. In case the ECL is not valid on the date of opening of tender, details of renewal should be submitted.

In case of Sole Proprietorship Concern firm has to submit Affidavit certifying the sole Proprietorship of the firm. This affidavit shall be notarized. Or In case of a Partnership Firm, Firm has to submit (a) Notary certified copy of the Partnership Deed. (b) A copy of power of Attorney firm has to submit (duly registered as per prevailing Law) in favour of an individual to tender for the work, sign the agreement etc., and create liability against the Firm. Or In case Tenderer is a Company registered under Companies Act-2013. The tenderer shall submit: (a)The copies of MOA (Memorandum of Association)/AOA (Articles of Association) of the company.(b) A copy of Certificate of Incorporation. (c) A copy of authorization/ Power of Attorney issued by the Company (backed by the resolution of Board of Directors) in favour of the individual to sign the tender on behalf of company and create liability against the company. Or In case Tenderer is LLP (Limited Liability Partnership); If the tender is submitted on behalf of a LLP registered under LLP Act-2008, the Tenderer shall submit along with tender: (a) A copy of LLP Agreement (b) A copy of Certificate of Incorporation (c) A copy of Power of Attorney/Authorization issued by the LLP in favour of the individual to sign the tender on behalf of the LLP and create liability against the LLP. Or In case of a tenderer is registered Society and Registered trust. The tenderer shall submit: (a) A copy of certificate of registration. (b) A copy of Memorandum of Association of Society/Trust Deed (c)A copy of Power of Attorney in favour of the individual to sign the tender documents and create liability against the society/ Trust.

Contractor has to submit Annual Contractual Turnover Data for the Previous 3-4 Years (Contractual Payment only) as per Annexure-VIB

The tenderers shall submit a copy of New Annexure-V(A).This certificate is to be given by attorney/authorized signatory/each member of Partnership firm/Joint Venture (JV) / Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) / Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) etc

Certificate of information regarding employment/partnership etc. of retired railway employees with the tenderer as per Annexure- R
