SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (ADDN/ALTN BUILDING WORK

Material and Labour for providing and applying 5 mm thick cementitious polyurethane self-smoothing anti static flooring on vacuum dewatered / Heavy duty or other flooring min M25 grade complete all as specified and directed as under :- (i) Carry out surface preparation including grinding / scarification / light shot blasting of concrete surface, proper cleaning, removing of loose mortar, paint residuals, curing compound residues, repairing of floor cracks and dents. (ii) Apply a 1 mm scratch coat of PU concrete coating followed by 2mm thick PU concrete flooring and then laying of copper tape in grid format ( size 2.0 mx 2.0 m ) as per manufacturers specification, followed by laying of conductive middle coat ESD primer 100 microns DFT and finished with 2 mm thick dissipative grade polyurethane concrete coating system having compressive strength of => 40 MPa, tensile strength of => 8 Mpa as per ASTM D 638, providing a resistance of 10^-4 to 10^-6 Ohm to be applied in desired colour and finish. (This shall be done using slow speed drill and poured on as per manufacturer's specification. Than level the material using serrated trowel and the same with spiked nylon roller to remove slight trowel marks and entrapped air from the material.) (iii) Anchorage grooves should be cut to a minimum depth and width of 2mmX2mm the flooring thickness to be laid, at the edges, day joints, up stands, drains, doorway including all tools and tackles as per manufacturer's specifications and at regular points across the floor etc.

Material and Labour for lining of any colour as approved by GE (width exc 100mm but n.exc 200mm) with aromatic Polyurethene Coating as per manufacturer specification complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.00 sqm but not exc 2.00 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing anodised aluminium door shutters,aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats ,glazing cleaps,rubber neoprene packing ,handles 02 nos in each door , 03 nos hinges,aluminium anodised snap beading screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing aluminum anodised barrel tower bolts, bearing ISI mark, of extruded section 200 mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Sheet glass 5.5mm thk, ordinary quality fixed to aluminium frame work in square exc. 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 12 mm Prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with aluminium frame work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium (die cast) body door closer hydraulically regulated designation No 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 140 mm long door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue/ anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick as earth electrode burried directly in ground with top edge of the earth plate not less than 2.5mtr below ground level using copper earth strip 20 x 3 mm dia as earth continuity conductor connected to earth plate by means of copper thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers including brazing etc of earth electrode and earth wire by means of welding, all as directed including providing watering pipe 20mm dia with wire/strip mesh and funnel at top, earth pit and pit cover made of MS sheet 10 mm thick duly fixed to angle iron frame with hinges of appropriate size by welding and having locking arrangement, adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt all around the earth plate, earth work in any type of soil , removing surplus excavated material all as required at site and as specified. Note : (i) Excavation work is included in quoted rates (ii) The grid of earthing through earth strip to achieved earth resistance less than 01 ohm shall be deemed into the quoted rate and no extra payment shall be made to contractor. (a) Soil shall be provided by the contractor from outside the MOD land for refilling the remaining portion of earth pit for increasing soil conductivity The cost of supplying and filling up low resistivity soil shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. (c) Earthing will be carried out in presence of users and MES rep with entire satisfaction. (d) The ground enhancing material (GEM) / chemicals shall be added with soil and the GEM/chemicals shall be measured and paid seperately .

Material and Labour for supply , pouring and mixing the earthing enhancement compound for increasing the earthing conductivity and performance in addition to the regular salt and coal for lowering the earth resistance to pathway for fault currents, lightening discharge and leakage currents to safely dissipate into ground. the earthing and earthing enhancement compound should be as per standards of IS: 3043 (2018)/IEC 62567-7 all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Note :- The item is in addition to the regular standard salt and charcoal dust quantity to be used in the copper earthing vide item No 11.00 above .

Material and Labour of Galvanised Iron Tubing/Pipe 40mm bore (dia), light grade for wire Protection, fixed in Walls/Floors with suitable type of clamps, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Test Point Terminal Block made of Gun Metal or Phosphorus Bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 No. 8mm dia, 25mm long hexagonal Head Screw, complete all as per specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for earth continuity conductor 20 x 3.00 mm copper strip or main earthing lead fixed to walls on batten or recess or chassis or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed Note:- GI pipe light grade shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and fixing of Porcelain Insulators of size not less than 75mm long and 30mm thick for fixing earthing strips fixed with suitables screws, nut, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed
