The bidder must operate service centres located in Tamil Nadu. Valid documentary evidence supporting the existence and operational status of these service centres must be submitted along with the tender.

The tenderer should submit the signed declaration to attend warranty for individual component of RO Plant.

Any failure of the equipment when reported through Email or Phone must be attended to within 48 hours of intimation. Non-compliance in attending the reported failure within the stipulated time will result in a warranty idle case being raised in the IREPS portal.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
