W.B.M (Grade-3) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size (53mm to 22.4mm) to Water Bound Macadam (G-3) specification including spreading in uniform loose thickness hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting 7.50cm thickness to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying Tack coat with Bitumen VG- 10 using Bitumen pressure dristibutor at the rate of 0.275 Kg per Sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 and as per direction of Engineer in-charge

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded Premix Carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 (13.2mm & 11.20mm in 2:1) mm aggregates @0.27cum per 10 sqm either using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 @1.46kg per sqm to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, with paver finisher including mixing in a Hot Mix Plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by as per Technical Specification Clause 508 and direction of Engineerin- charge.

Seal Coat Type-C Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade cross fall using Type-C seal coat as with bitumen (S-90) @ 6.50 kg per 10 sqm. Technical Specification Clause 510 and direction of Engineerin- charge.
