Dismantling of ACSR or ACC conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) over head conductors (weasel) of size 6/1 x 2.59 mm dia, drawn of existing HT/LT poles, bringing the sag within limit and fixing on insulator/cross arms by means of necessary binding with 16 SWG aluminium wire and providing alkathin pipe of approved quality for jumpers, reconnecting the service connections after removing the carbon material complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for foundation of poles, stays, laying of cables, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated rock not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for LT Shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 90mm height, 75mm dia for working pressure 1100 volts grande on existing cross arms on LT pole after removing the old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and removing old stay assembly complete including all accessories complete from position carefully complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electric plate No 1 in SSR Part-I (2009) with stay rod 20 mm dia, stay bow (4000x14), stay plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6 mm threaded twin nuts and blolts galvanized thimble (2 Nos), up to 19 mm dia, clamp made out of 50mm x 6mm flat iron including dismentaling old stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Loop type insulator, excavation and concrete will be measured separately under appropriate items of BOQ

Painting the existing HT/LT PCC/ steel poles of any size with two coat of weather proof acrylic emulsion exterior paint (anti-fungal) over a coat of weather proof acrylic emulsion exterior primer above 1.50mtr height from ground level including cross arms, clamps, etc with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including thoroughly cleaning of the existing surface, writing of pole numbers 15 cm with black paint on poles. Painting the pole up to 1.5 Mtr height with alternate bands 30 cm height ( 3 Nos black and 2 Nos white) from ground level,Complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT panel of various capacities, and apply two coat of weather proof acrulic emulsion paint of gray colour on both sides by mechanic sprayer, including repair/replacement of panel door's nut & bolts/hinges/bolt etc for smooth functioning to open and close of doors etc complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling cross-arms of MS channel or angle sections etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix cross arms, bracing supports, clamps and back plate fabrication from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of a coat or red oxide primer and one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25metre deep below natural ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5metre below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to main switch board/ main DB’s/ earth test point with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata, PCC 1:3:6, type C1 in chamber wall with 50mm thick, RCC cover 1:2:4, (type B0) duly reinforced with 6 mm dia bar, @100mm both way with suitable lifting handle, charcoal dust and common salt mixed and packed in 150mm thick layer all around the earth plate, watering pipe of size 20mm dia medium grade, 0.63mm thick GI sheet funnel with wire mesh, GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade up to 7.5m from electrode and engraving of earth marking on nearby structure/ building with cement motor 1:4 plate of size 200mm x 150mm x 15mm thick and writing of earth results with paint complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - On testing if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Labour for Re-streaching of old ACSR conductor on LT/HT pole for 3/5 Nos of conductors of span complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plastic transparent sheet board of square size 100cm x 90cm x 2cm fitted on angle iron of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm,1.5m above the ground level (given as per sample) and covered surrounding area with spreading stone aggregate 40 mm size, write on the board like POWER HOUSE (MES), GE PANAJI/PUMP HOUSE, SEWAGE PUMP as given by MES in 10cm word size with reflected white paint complete all as specified and directed.
