Note for all items of BOQ :- (a) The contractor has to arrange execution of work at site or as directed by Engr-in Charge under AOR of BSO Pashan which includes entire area of ARDE, HEMRL, NMRL and Pashan area. Contractor has to remove furniture items from stores/ Accns/ Office premises and after repair/polishing, shall be kept back in stores/ Accns/ Office premises as directed. Necessary transportation of material and labour at site shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.
