Providing and fitting LED flood lights- IP 66 230 V AC 100 Wat at Fwd & Aft Station to P&S direction with new revolving mounting bracket (S.S) securing with heavy duty clamps, SS Bolts, Nuts & washers, 3 core 2.5 mm PVC Cu Cable, conduct pipe, cable Ties etc as directed by EIC/Master/ Chief Engineer MT Andaman, including cost of materials, spares, Hot work, consumable items etc.

Replacing the Fwd & Aft station defective flood lights (Sodium Vapour) 2 x 150 Watt Double light fittings, repair/renew the damaged/ corroded MS mounting clamp with SS Bolts, Nuts & Washers. Defective/seized revolving mounting brackets to be removed from place and to repair/renew as required along with locking arrangements and make it operational including all materials, spares, hot work, consumable items etc as directed by EIC/ Master/ Chief Engineer MT Andaman.

Renewing of defective/burnt/corroded copper ballast panel 2x 150 watt 230 V AC for 2 x 150 watts sodium vapor lamps, fabrication of W/T weather proof heavy duty panel enclosure for the copper ballast unit Assy with suitable fixing arrangements, water tight rubber gaskets and door locks, cable glands, SS Bolts, Nuts & Washer with proper holes for internal & external wiring & connecting the three external cables (3 Core x 1.5 Sq mm) for the light fittings and make it operational as directed by EIC, Master/Engineer of MT Andaman including cost of all materials , GST, spares, Hot work, consumables items etc.

Supply and installation of Synthetic muffler for MT Tug for main engine, auxiliary engine and AC intake filter and make it operational as directed by EIC, Master/Engineer of MT Andaman including cost of all materials , GST, spares, Hot work, consumables items etc.
