Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam caly, or sand). Including lift upto 1.5 mt. (5 ft.) and lead upto 30 mt. (100 fts.) and including filling waterning and raiming of excavated earth in the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and dispsal of surplus earth as directed by the engeeneer in-charge upto a distance of 30 mt. from the foundation and trenches.

Concrete with 4 mm. (1.5") gauge Stone ballast fine local sand of 1.25 Fitness modulouse and cement in Proportion of 1:3:6 , in foundation and under floors including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (1:3:6)

RCC work with Cement, approved coarse sand, 20 mm gauge stone grit in the proportion 1:1.5:3 including centering and shuttering, lab, mat, and T&P all complete but excluding supply of reinfgorcement and its bending (SI No. 283).PAGE NO 40

Mild Steel or iron work in RC/Brick work including cutting and bending for proper completion of the work etc. all complete. (S.I. No. 504) 1.0% Qty of rcc work = 1.0x7850x%
