Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone masonry walls, ceilings etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water including removal of rubbish off the premises and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound @ 2 % by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Intergal water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment mechanically or manually and applying two coats of Apex Ultima exterior paint of approved shade over and including priming coat of exterior primer as recommended by the manufacturer over 03 mm thick water proof wall care putty finished smooth with abrasive paper no 180 follwed by Abrasive paper 320 or 400 all as required and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Wall cracks upto 3mm wide shall be widened cleaned and filled with polymer based Dr Fixit crack filler and wider cracks more than 3mm to be filled with polymer modified mortar.Cost of crack filler/polymer modified mortar deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of Apex Ultima exterior paint, of approved shade over and including priming coat of exterior primer as recommended by the manufacturer over 03 mm thick water proof wall care putty finished smooth with abrasive paper no 180 follwed by Abrasive paper 320 or 400 all as required and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described exceeding 10cm girth or width and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood or wooden based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L writing letters or figures (Block, Roman Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30 cm high complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.50m width and n exc 1.50m in depth for foundation, drain etc and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M & L for stone hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm stone aggrregate as in sub base of flooring/ foundation of wall etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M/L Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:3.

Removal of excavated material not exceeding 50m and deposited where directed at level not exceeding 1.50 Mtr above the starting point, soil

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in coping and the like including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 20mm thick cement screed base in cement mortal 1:4 slab including rubbing and polishing including rounding and polishing complete all as specified and directed

M&L Reinforced cement concrete slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, lintel beams,roofs, landings, balconies, chajjas, drops, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves provided concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Formwork for rough finished surface of concrete flat to the sides and soffits of floor or roof beam, beam hauchings,lintels / cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc complete all as directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars of 10mm dia and above with lap welding and apoxy coating complete all as directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars of 6 to 8 mm dia and above with lap welding and apoxy coating complete all as directed.

M&L Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

M & L for preparation of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position and removal of rubbish to a distance of 100m as directed by Eng-in-cahrge

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

M&L Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre

M&L for Brickwork with Fly ash subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed
