Picking the existing BT surface upto5cmto 10cm thickness and sectioningthe road

laying us Gravel including cost and conveyance and stacking at site to departmental gauge for taking pre measurements by departmental officers and including labour charges for spreading the gravel as per standard specificiation etc complete

Providing and laying spreading and compactng graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification incluing premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with virating roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, tentals for machinery, fuel and other incidential charges etc., complete.

Applying prime coat over WMB/WMM surface using 7.0 kg of bituminous emulsion (SS-1)per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by deptly at section store and cost of which will be recovered at the rates as per special condittion appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying tack coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc, complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification

Applying tack coat over primed WBM surface using 2.5 kg of bituminous emulsion (RS-1) per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by deptly at section store and cost of which will be recovered at the rates as per special condittion appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying tack coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc, complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification

Providing and laying Premix Carpet with Seal Coat type "A" for 20 MM consolidated thickness using IRC size machine broken HBG metal of 0.18 cubic metre of 13.2 MM and 0.09 cubic metre of 11.2 MM with 14.6 kg of 60/70 grade bitumen for pre mixing for 10 sqm of pre mix carpet and 0.09 cubic metre of 6.7 MM IRC size HBG crusher chips with 9.8 kg of 60/70 grade bitumen for 10 sqm for seal coat incuding cost and coveyance of the materials from the approved sources to work sites and stacking them at road sites to departmental gauge for premeasurment including cost of 60/70 grade bitumen which will be supplied from departmental section stores and the cost which will be revcovered at the rates specified in the special conditions appended herewith and including conveyance of bitumen to work spot, handling charges for the same at both ends including labour charges for heating the bitumen to the required temperature and mixing the required quantity of metal and bitumen using mini hot mix plant conveying the mix by wheel borrow and including labour charges for spreading the mix to grades, lines and profiles consolidating with including hire charges, fuel charges and running charges for mini hot mix plant power roller and all other tools and plants employed and all other incidental charges such as barricading and caution boards, danger lights etc. complete ( payment shall be made for the finished item of works after compaction )
