Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cast iron work i.e. fencing posts, horns, barbed wire etc in compound wall, in any condition and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling well compacted and ramming to a true surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre from a starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in floor as sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding concrete for getting proper slope / covering complete all as specified and as directed. (average thickness 50mm).

Material and labour for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) of external surface with water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour including preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 5 mm dia and over upto 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel screw bolts having dia of neck 5 to 10mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel galvanised chain link fencing having main wires of dia 5.3mm and cross wires of dia 3.6mm and oblong mesh size 100 x 150mm fixed to any type of straps, standards complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design and pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness and size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE NO 1: - Samples of materials as approved will be kept in GE's sample room. NOTE NO 2: - All fittings and fixtures mentioned above will be fixed to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and GE. NOTE NO 3: - Warranty certificate to the Engineer-in-Charge where ever applicable shall be submitted by the Contractor at the time of fittings.
