Supply, installation and testing complete of digital water level indication device operating on single phase supply direct display in 19 mm size (letter display) digit system in meter/CM of water of overhead tank ensuring alarm while water fall or rise over predetermined limits with the following description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge including dismantling old unserviceable water level indicator. (a) The entire unit must operate through a compact electronic circuit which must ensure reliable operation at 230V +10% at 50 Hz +5%, with reliable in display and alarm at low and high level head tank. (b) One circuit must be housed in high impact polystyrne molded box nylon mlded connection strips. The level system must resistance transducer, while unattested by corrosion and other contents avilable in water the product must be controlled by Micro switch. Disconnecting the electric cable from the terminal box of 5 to10HP motor, disconnecting the motor from the pump, remove the motor from the foundation bed and taking out the motor and transporting to authorised work shop and performing following works as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (i) Dismantling the motor and taking out the burnt copper winding /fiber strip / insulating materials. (ii ) Clean the stator slots by CTC solution and rewind on stator slots with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge with insulating materials/fiber strip/varnishing and made terminal connection of fiber glass coated wire. (iii) Assembling the motor and painting with two coat of primer and one coat of synthetic enamel paint including marking flow of water and MES NO all as per norms and all as specified and as directed as directed by the engr-in-charge. (iv) Transporting to and fro of the motor to the site refixing on foundation channel with new bolts and nuts, coupling the pump and motor with correct alignment apply grease and connecting electrical connections testing complete alll as directed and specified by the Engr-in-charge. (v) Neccessary addn / altn reqd at site for aligament of pump / motar included in unit rate quoted. Note: All the necessary sundry items required to complete the job for repair work is included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

(ii) The accumulated/ deposied sludge after drying shall be disposed off out side the defence land to a distance excceding 1.5KM and not exceding 5.00 KM from the STP cost of which shall be deemed to inclusive in the quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (iii) Before commencement of work necessary arangement for disposal of sewage/ sludge be made and work to be caried out in fast pace by developing more man power at STP in Order to complete the work at the earliest. (iv) cleaning of sludge shall be carried out 2 times with interval of the 6 month each cleaning shall be measured as one each job.
