Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Above 6.5 metre and upto 8.0 metre

Providing and making steel pole collar with cement concrete (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 20mm) of specified size and shape including form work, plastering if required, curing etc as required. (volume of pole/ pipe not to be deducted)

Supplying and fixing of LED flood light of rating 200W with IP66 protection with external surge protection in the existing high mast pole Make. Bajaj Cat No. GLEAM F 220L WH SY PC SD V2 or its equivalent.

Supplying and fixing LED street light of following rating with IP66 protection Make. LUKER sleek series street light product code LSTE-50 or it equivalent.

Supplying and fixing of 40mm dia x 1.00 metres long G.I pipes (medium B class) bracket for mounting of LED street light fitting on wall surface with GI clamps including bending the pipe to the required shape etc. as required.

Supplying of one number XLPE insulated PVC outer sheathed unarmoured aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 Kv grade of size 6.0 sq.mm x 3 core conforming to IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988 amended upto date.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part-II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in the existing masonary open duct etc. complete as required.

40mm dia (OD-40mm & ID-32mm nominal)

Supplying and laying of DWC HDPE pipe of size 40/32, ISI market along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 16205 (Part-24): 2018/IS 14930 (Part-2): 2001, complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. on sueface/wall including providing clamping arrangement as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size in the open surface as required.

Upto 35 sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size in the existing PVC/DWC/RCC/HUME/METAL/GI pipe as required.

Fabrication of street light pole of height 7.0 metre made up of GI pipe (Class-C) of sizers 65mm (6mtrs) and reduced to 40mm (1.5 mtr) dia, and bend to required angle as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and conforming to IS 1239 (Part-I) 2004 including coating the GI pole with Red oxide then painting with silver colour paint and finishing to good and also providing FRLS 1.5 sq.mm wires complete with connetion as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge etc as required.

Providing and fixing hot press moulded sintex SMC distirbution box with double pole MCB 6 to 32A fitted with clamp on the column as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge, including connections complete etc as required, similar to sintex Cat No. GSJB 1414 (140x140x95).

Supply, Installation, Testing and commsionning of outdoor type 230V/415V, stand mounted, IP55, 14SWG CRCA feeder pillar panel for 30 mtr high mast structure with 24 hrs. timer for automatic switching of Luminaries and provide push button with cable for raising and lowering lantern carriage ring for maintenance of lights including MCCB 4 pole 63A for main control and foundation for Panel.
