Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforcedcement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering,finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from naturalsources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derivedfrom natural sources)

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profilesheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approvedby Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50mm(base metal of minimum 0.45mm thickness with totalcoating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 gramsper sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 micronsepoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester topcoat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guardfilm of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches duringtransportation and should be supplied in single length upto12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in- charge. The sheetshall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size(5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch inhorizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost ofpurlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size andshape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheetroofing accessories of total coated thickness 0.50mm (basemetal of minimum 0.45mm thickness with total coatingthickness of 0.05mm) with Zinc coating 120 grams per sqmas per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxyprimer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws cmplete:Crimp curve

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand andmanufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distanceembedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, lastbut one end post and corner post shall be strutted on bothsides and end post on one side only and provided withhorizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven withhorizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed withG.I.staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts,struts, earthwork and concrete work to be paid forseparately). Payment to be made per metre cost of totallength of barbed wire used.with GI Barbed wire.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetationand in- equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal ofrubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.All kinds of soil

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 25x25 mm made of G.I. wire of dia 3 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts,bolts and washers as required complete as per thedirection of Engineer-in-charge. (LABOUR RATE)
