Bulk/entire quantity to be procured from those Bidders who have satisfactory performance in the past for the tendered item/printing work with S. E. Rly. or Zonal Railways including the production units as per clause 2.6.1 of SER Instruction to Tenderers and General Conditions of Tender

[1] The firms participating in the tender must give their GST registration number. While participating in the tender the firms registered under composition scheme of GST must declare the same under remarks column of E- offer. [2] The bidder confirms that Rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance , and such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored. [Denial of this condition not recommended] [3] The bidder agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and [or] special Conditions and [or] other Conditions specified/attached with the tender.
