Dismantling manually / mechanically including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 Mtr. lead (Bituminous road).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specifications including premixing the material in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mix material by tipper to site, laying in two uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base on well prepared surface and compacting with vibrator roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density including all leads and lifts, carriages of material etc. Including making good the undulation/depressions and pot holes by providing / laying of WBM Grade-II as per necessity at site for profile correction including cutting/filling of berms to required slope complete job

Providing and Laying 50mm thick (compacted) premix bituminous macadam base course with stone agg. of quality, size and grading as specified in latest MORT & H specification and straight run bitumen of VG-30 @ 4% by weight of total mix incl. hot mixing of stone agg. & bitumen in HMP transporting mixed material to the site & laying with paver finisher as per required profile incl. cost of priming coat/tack coat and filling patches/pot holes with Wet Mix Macadam / BUSG/ BM in required level and grade rolling with road roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density all complete incl. cost of bitumen and all taxes including filling of any ruts/dips for which nothing extra shall be paid seperately. Providing and laying 30mm thick semi dense Bituminous concrete on surface with specified graded stone aggregate for wearing course including loading of aggregate with FE loader and hot mixing of bitumen with filler and stone aggregate in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material by tipper to paver and laying the mixed material with mechanical paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with power road roller to achieve the desired density and compaction including filling of ruts and pot holes with wet mix macadam / BUSG / BM for which nothing extra will be paid seperately (Bitumen used shall be of VG -30 grade and grading of mix shall be as per clause No. 508 of MORT&H) (Complete Job)

Disposal of excavated mulba by Mechanical Transport means outside Municipal Limit (Av. Lead 15.00kms) as per directions of Engineer in charge
