Comprehensive Maintenance of Electro-Mechanical Equipments providing of manpower and supply of various chemicals for the period of 06 months for 0.5 MLD STP based on SBR Technology at Court Complex Moominabad Srinagar

Comprehensive Maintenance (Breakdown Maintenance and Routine Maintenance) of all the Electro-Mechanical Equipments installed within 0.5 MLD STP based on SBR Technology at Court Complex Srinagar including housekeeping within the period of 06 Months inclusive of all taxes.Breakdown maintenance shall include rectification of damages of all the installed equipment within STP as and when the damages occur.In no case shall any equipment allowed to be left in damaged condition beyond 03 days.Routine maintenance shall include application of lubricants to all rotating machienary as per pre determined maintenance schedule to be submitted by the contractor at the beginning of contract period.Housekeeping shall include cleanliness of all the installed equipment,paths within the STP premises,landscaping of STP premises and cleanliness of all the buildings and various units of STP.

Supervisor highly skilled (01 N0.) for 180 days with 05 years’ experience in a sewage treatment plant certified by the officer for whom the employee has worked. The wages to the supervisor are to be paid @Rs.552/day as per minimum wages act in vogue in Govt. of J&K.

Operators, skilled (03 N0.) 1 for Day shift only for 180 days with 02 years’ experience in a sewage treatment plant certified by the officer for whom the employee has worked. The wages to the skilled operators are to be paid @Rs.483/day as per minimum wages act in vogue in Govt. of J&K.

Electrician/Mechanic, skilled (01 No.) with 02 years’ experience and ITI certificate in electrician trade. The wages to the skilled operators are to be paid @Rs.483/day as per minimum wages act in vogue in Govt. of J&K.

Housekeeping/landscaping person (01 No.). The wages to the housekeeping person are to be paid @Rs.311/day as per minimum wages act in vogue in Govt. of J&K.

Cost on account of Supply and dosing of sodium Hypochlorite @2PPM having specifications given below: - i. Pale Yellow Green Liquid having chlorine odour and should not produce any sludge or turbidity when mixed with water. ii. relative density at 250C = 11.2 minimum iii. Available Chloride as C1% by mass = 10-12.5 iv. Free Alkali as (NaoH) PPM Max = 0.5 v. Iron as (F) PPM Max. = 1.0 vi. Sodium Chlorite = Traces as per BISI 1673:1992 @1 ltr/day 150 ltrs.

Providing of cation Type polyelectrolyte for centrifuge @50gm/dayx150 days=8 Kg/year.

Cost on account of supply and dosing of poly-aluminium chloride having Specification given below: - Appearance: White.
