Half brick masonry using 2nd class common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:4 including scaffolding/form work, racking out joints and curing etc. complete. All work upto floor V level.

Extra for providing and placing in position 02 Nos 6mm dia MS bars at every third course of half brick masonry.

Providing Sal wood in frames of doors, windows, clearstory windows and similar work and fixed in positions including , applying two coats of wood preservative to all sides of the frame as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge at site before fixing and also including applying a priming coat of wood primer and then two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of required shade and finish complete. All work upto floor V level.

Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

P/F of 35mm thick IInd class Teak wood glazed shutter for window/clerestory windows as per required drawing, design and specification with necessary M.S butt hinges with screws including providing and fixing of 4 mm thick glass panes of approved quality with necessary beading and sash bar(Teak wood 2nd Class) and also including applying a priming coat of wood primer and then two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of required shade and finish complete.All work upto floor V level.

Providing and fixing wire gauze shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauze of average width of aperture 1.4mm with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked bright finished or/and black enamelled M.S. butt hinges with necessary screws : 35mm thick shutter Second class teak wood and also including applying a priming coat of wood primer and then two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of required shade and finish complete.All work upto floor V level.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters :35 mm thick including ISI marked anodised aluminium butt hinges with necessary screws and also including applying a priming coat of wood primer and then two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of required shade and finish complete.All work upto floor V level.

Providing and fixing of 4 mm thick glass panes of approved quality with necessary beading in fixed portions of window/ventilators as per drawing and design. (only for fixed portion of Windows).

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 graded Brick aggregate 40mm nominal size) in under flooring including machine mixing, consolidation, curing and Centering, shuttering/form work complete.All work upto floor V level.

40mm thick Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 12mm/20mm nominal size) under tile flooring.

Providing and laying Double Charged vitrified floor tiles of size 60x60cm (8-10mm thickness) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 Cement: 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with cement and matching pigments etc complete.( make Kajaria , Johnson, Somany )

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm/400x400mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 13755 of JOHNSON, SOMANY, KAJARIA make in colours laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed tiles of size 300mm x 450 mm / 300mm x 600 mm conforming to IS : 13753 of minimum thickness 5 mm of approved make like JOHNSON, SOMANY, KAJARIA make in all colours, shades as approved by Eningeer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps, walls and dados over 12 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3Kg per Sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing gang saw cut thick mirror polished (Pre moulded & Pre polished) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement ,mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing ,curing, granite polishing to edge to give high glossy finish etc. complete at all levels. Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc.including primming coat with approved steel primer and then two or more coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint over it all complete.Fixed to openings / wooden frames with rawl plugs etc.,

Providing & fixing Stainless steel ( Grade 304 of stain or matt finish )50mm dia stair case ralling 3 feet height as per design & drawing including drilling holes in steps , floors & filling with pig lead in holes after P&F 25 mm dia steel blusters with necessary steel caps of approved shape & size including P&F od 2 no 12 mm dia SS bars conforming to IS 1786 throught parellel to the hand rail pipe with uniform spacing complets.

Cement plaster 6mm to 10mm thick in a single coat with cement mortar 1:3 at all floors and locations for ceilings, soffits of exposed beams etc. finished perfectly smooth to correct lines, levels. Slopes, planes including preparing the surfaces, scaffolding, hacking the concrete surfaces, making of grooves as per Architectural drawings, curing etc. all as per specifications including Scaffolding etc complete. All work upto floor V level.

10-15mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) in single coat on rough/fair side of single or half brick walls for exterior / interior plastering including arises, internal rounded angles not exceeding 80 cm in girth and finished even and smooth including scaffolding etc. complete (at all floors/heights/levels). All work upto floor V level.

Applying white cement based Putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand & manufacture on wall surface to give an even finish ( JK wall putty / Birla Wallcare )

Distempering (two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of Asian / Nerolac / Berger brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall/ceiling/slopping surfaces to give an even shade including applying priming coat with cement primer. All work upto floor V level.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of Asian / Nerolac / Berger brand of required shade Two or more coats on New work applied @ 1.67 Lit/ 10 sqm over and including bace coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.2 Kg/ 10 Sqm .
