Carefully chipping, removing existing internal plaster upto 12 to 15 mm thick by low impact high frequency hammer/chipper without damaging the original sound brickwork or concrete including removal of POP/ Gypsum plaster if any on walls of any thickness, racking of joints, daily cleaning and stacking of debris at prescribed location in polypropylene/paper bags, disposing off the debris so generated on weekly basis out side the premises all as specified and directed.

M&L for old loose spalled concrete should be chiseled from roof ceiling with the help of scrapers chisele & hammer after that cleaning of rust from mild steel rod and applying cement slurry spray 3.00 kg per sqm by paint brush over cleaned surface for 8-10mm thick ready mix plaster in ceiling or on brick wall or concrete surfaces including making groove of appropriate size and finished even & smooth without using extra cement including applying two coats of OBD over one coat of interior all as specified and directed.

M&L for filling cracks by cutting 'V' groove cracks of internal or external plaster of walls, ceilings/Chajjas all along the crack upto 10 mm and remove the loose plaster/concrete by suitable tools, filling cracks with crack paste compound and apply the second coat after 10-12 hrs of application of first coat and for external application must be coated with paint including necessary scafolding of any hieght of bldg all as specifed and direcetd.
