Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains(not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom, lift upto 1.5 including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus soil as directed within a lead of 50m. All Kinds of soil.

Supplying and Filling below Grade beam with local sand and under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing 100 A one brick flat solling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering, taxes royality all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying in pcc of 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 Gradeed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) excluding cost of centring and shuttering- all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying in Rcc of 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 Gradeed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) excluding cost of centring and shuttering- all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Reinforced cement concrete work in 1:1:5:3(1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in pillars excluding cost of centring, shuttering all complete.

Brick work with bricks of class designation 100A in foundations and plinth in :Cement mortar 1 .:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand )

Brick work with bricks of class designation 100A in superstructure in :Cement mortar 1 .:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand )

Half brick masonry with bricks of class designation 100A in superstructure upto floor V level for every four floors or part there of.

Providing and laying damp-proof Course 50 mm thick with cementconcrete 1:2:4(1cement:2:2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing hand rail by welding etc. to steel ladder railings & staircases railing including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer MS tube (medium) 40mm nominal bore

On roof level providing 6 mm cement plaster1:4(1 cement: 4 coarse sand), cement punning & three coat lime painting work.

Providing and fixing M.S.fan clamp type I or II of 16 mm dia.M.S. bar bent to shape with hooked ends in R.C.C slabs during laying including painting the exposed portion of loop,all as per standard design complete.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending,placing in position and binding all complete

Providing and fixing unplasticised -PVC pipe clip of approved design to unplasticised PVC rain water pipe by means of 50x50x50mm hard wood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length including cutting brick work and fixing on cement mortar(1:4) 1 cement: 4corsa sand and making good the wall etc complete 75 mm

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3mm MS gusset plates at the junction and corners. All necessary fittings complete including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using M.S. angle 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete

Supplying & Installing of 3 Seater Class Room Desk cum Bench combines the elegance of wood with the strength of steel. Its ergonomically designed to minimize fatigue. This three seater model is best suited for schools and colleges. Dimension-1500 x 895 x 750(Appx ) Desk panel Seat, Back-The panels are made from 18 mm thk Pre Laminated Boards with PVC edge banding on all sides, Understructure-Made of 25.4 x 25.4 mm x1.2 mm thick powder coated ERW tubes at base which are welded to the desk and seat supports that are made of 1.0 mm thk powder coated MS 'C' sections Stiffeners tat are provided between the 2 vertical frames at base and back of seat are made from 25.4 x25.4 x1.2 mm thk powder coated ERW tubes. Supplying & Installing of Chair (CH4) - Office chair with cantilever type frame made of dia. 2.54 cm x 14 BG thick M.S.ERW tube and powder coated without arm. Seat/Back made of chemically treated and seasoned wood, caned and furnished with melamine polish. Back size - 38.1 cm (W) x 42.4 cm (D). The under structure assembly is a cantilever type frame made of dia 2.54 cm x 14 BG thick M.S.ERW tube and powder coated, complete in all respect ct perference make (GODREJ / METHODEX / DURIAN / ZUARI) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
