Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of 50mm using 45 mm IRC size HBG Metal with 44 Kg of Bitumen for 1cum metal mixed in hot mix plant laying at site.

Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of 25mm using 13.20 mm IRC size HBG Metal with 44 Kg of Bitumen for 1cum metal mixed in hot mix plant laying at site.

Applying tack coat over the wornout BT surface using 3 Kg of bituminous emulsion for 10 sqm. Including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by the department at section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying prime coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc. complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification. km 0/0 -1/040

Providing and laying premix carpet 20mm thick using Bitumiinous (penertration grade/modified bitumen) Binder providing and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing couse on a previously prepared base, including mixing on a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80 - 100KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either type A or type B or type C as per Technical Specification clause 508.km 0/0 -1/040

Providing laying and Seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification clause 510 km 0/0 -1/040

Providing and laying Gravel to 100mm compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required proctor density at 100 % compaction .

Provision for Name board charges

Provision for KM Stone having size of 1.65X0.45X0.15m including fixing etc., complete

Provision for HM Stone having size of 0.75X0.23X0.10m including fixing etc., complete
