Supply and fixing of bitumen feit 15 mm thick padeper the standard specification and instruction of departmental officers

Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with intial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2 m in sand, silt or other loose Soil, Wet Sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth (SS 20 A)

Removal of Excavated Excess Earth away from the site to 2 K.M including loading and transportation charges etc, Complete as per standard Specification for 1M3

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.

Providing and laying tack coat over the WMM surface using 4.0 kgs of bitumen emulsion (Slow Setting 1) per 10 Sq.m area including cost of bitumen emulsion at the site, including labour charges for preparing the surface, and applying the required quantity of bitumen emulsion as prime Coat using bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per Clause 502 of MORTH Specifications Rev.5

Providing and laying 50 mm compacted thick dense bituminous macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.5-13.2 mm graded Imetal and 0.25 cum of 13.2-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.23 eum of 2.36 mm & below metal with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, Ispreading the mix in required temperature for uniform * thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified 6 grades and s sections and compaction by Vibratory roller to the required density etc., including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory rollers and all her tools and plants required, including all other incidental charges etc., completeusing CMP clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5 specifications.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 30mm thick using 19-9.50 mm metal, 9.5-2.36 mm Metal, 2.36mm and below Metal of specified grading aggregates and Quarry Dust with 37.73 kg of VG30 (60/70grade) bitumen (Procured from State Central Public sector undertakings only) for premixing per 10sq.m including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and stacking them on road side to standard departmental metric gauge for pre-measurement, heating the bitumen in bitumen boiler heating the aggregates and mixing them with bitumen in mini hot mix plant, spreading the mix in the required temperature for uniform thick of 30mm over a previously prepared surface to specified grade and cross section and compaction by power roller, including labour charges, spreading etc., including Hire charges for machineries etc., complete as per clause 509 of MORTH Specifications to achieve the desired compaction
