Excavation in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, conglomerate rock, chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and other intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required line, grades width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the MORD technical specification clause 1603.1, 1603.2 and sorting out useful material and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of un-serviceable material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all un-useful surplus material to required width of the road or to approved dumping sites by Engineer-in-Charge through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and carriage of machinery, material, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals. Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts. A recovery of useful stone for 3937.86 cum (Three thousand nine hundred thirty seven point eight six) cubic metre @ Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred only) per cubic metre shall be effected on pro-rata basis in each running bill from this item. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. The classification of soil is conglomerate and the useful material obtained will be used for Item No. 2 for construction of embankment and earthen shoulders.

Construction of embankment and shoulders with approved materials obtained from roadway cutting that is from Item No. 1 and excavation of drains and foundation of other structures, graded and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.1 and 300.2 as per MORD technical specification clause 301.5 as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls,breast walls,culverts,drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rocks,chiseling /wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water(surface and sub soil water) upto all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain/reinforced concrete mechanical mix and vibrated in open foundation, retaining walls, wing walls, parapets etcetera like structures complete as per drawings nominal mix 1:5:10 (One cement : five sand : Ten crushed graded stone aggregate) 40mm (Forty millimetres) nominal size including cost of form work and curing complete as per MORD technical specification Clause 800 and 1200 complete in all respect including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement : four coarse sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate) 25mm ( twenty five millimetre) nominal size in open foundation and plinth of Toe wall & catch pit, abutments and under floors etcetera including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing & MORD technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete Grade M-10 (M-Ten) in open foundation, Toe walls, cement concrete pavement, catch pit, abutment, curtain wall and V-Shape drain of all type of structure complete in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work as per drawing and MORD technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced cement concrete in open foundation, flooring in catch pits, cement concrete pavement complete of plain/reinforced concrete Grade M-20 ( M-twenty) with minimum cement contents not less than 330 kg/cum (Three hundred thirty kilogramme per cubic metre) in or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time laying under water complete for alll heights/depths including the cost of form work as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying plain/reinforced mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete design mix Grade M-25 ( M-twenty five ) with minimum cement contents not less than 404kg/cum (Four hundred four kilogramme per cubic metre) in bed plates, slab, dirt wall, wearing coat,wheel guard, railing pedestal approach slab on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 800 and 1200 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry / Stone masonry / plain/reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls and the like with 100mm ( One hundred millimetre ) dia PVC pipe Finolex/ Supreme having pressure not less than 4.00 Kg/Cm² ( four kilogramm ) per centimetre square extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V):20(H) ( one vertical : twenty horizontal ) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Stone soling properly hand-packed filling interstices with Kharanja stone and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and comber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per MORD technical specification. 100 mm ( one hundred millimetre) spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour) as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 900mm (Nine hundred millimetre diametre) ( to level and slopes) reinforced cement concrete non pressure pipe I.S.I class NP-2 for culverts on 1st class bedding of granular material in single row including collar with cement mortar 1:2 (One cement : two coarse sand) but excluding the cost of excavation protection work, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 1101 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying, fitting, straightening and placing HYSD bars reinforcement in foundation complete (TATA/SAIL) including the cost of binding wire as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 1001, 1004 and 1203 including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling behind abutment , wing walls and return walls complete as per drawings & MORD technical specification Clause 1204.3.8.granular material as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing in position pipe railing consisting of I.S. rolled steel joist posts designation ISMB100 (100x75) (one hundred into seventy five) at 2.5m (Two point five meter) interval and three rows of 50mm (Fifty millimetre) dia steel pipe (Light) including fixing in position on bridge deck complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1208.2 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber(Earth work for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil completed as per MORD technical specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etcetera with earth or quarry soil etcetera and re-rolling the sub-grade complete as per MORD technical specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site upto all leads and lifts and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 for Grading-I materials as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer(pug mill) carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers in sub bases/ base course on a well prepared sub base and compacting with soil compactor of desired capacity to achive the desired density including lighting barricading and maintenance of diversion etcetra as per table 400.11 &400.12 and technical specification clause 406 by mechanical means including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 to 1.00kg/sqm (Zero point seven zero to one point zero kilogram per square metre ) using mechanical means as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 502 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 Kg to 0.30 Kg per sqm (Zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogram) per square metre on prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per MORD technical specification clause 503 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm (Twenty millimeters) thickness compacted thickness composed of type-A 13.2mm to 5.6mm (Thirteen point two millimetre to five point six millimeters) aggregates at the rate of 0.27 cum (Zero point two seven cubic metre) mixed with using VG-30 (thirty) at the rate of 14.6kg (Fourteen point six kilogram) per ten square metre to required line,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in a suitable plant, laying with paver finisher and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static capacity road roller finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat as per MORD technical specification clause 506 (By mechanical means) including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-B with bitumen binder VG-30 (thirty) at the rate of 6.8Kg ( six decimal eight kilogram) mixed with crushed sand 0.06/10 sqm ( zero decimal zero six cubic metre per ten square metre) as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 508 (By mechanical means) heated in mini hot mix plant and laying mechanically of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 80-100 kN (Eighty to One hundred Kilo Newton) capacity as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Routine maintenance for five years after completion of construction work as per item and condition of bid document of contract to general condtion of contract and technical specification of MoRD including haulage carriage of all labour transport and material to various location through all modes of transportations with in all leads lifts and other incidentals to entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rates are excluding Goods Service Tax but inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
