Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling course in foundation for walls, footing floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer in charge all as per specification.

Providing and laying cast insitu reinforced cement concrete of M30 Grade of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates including weight batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed laces complete for column footings, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid separately) all as per specification and shown in drawings and as directed by EIC for all insitu item. Note: The rate shall be quoted on the basis of use of 370kg of cement per Cubic metre of concrete. Note: - 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. chemical admixture conforming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from EIC be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in schedule F. (M30 grade with 370Kg. of cement per cu.m of concrete for all floors).

Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position Steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'Sail or VIZAG or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia. in all reinforcement cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all lifts. Note: the rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. for further details please see clause 11 of section viii. General information for guidance of tenderers.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platform etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attain the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all material and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing and constructing Brick work at all lift with well burnt stock bricks using cement mortar 1:6 using crushed stone sand at all level including all tools, scaffolding, racking out joints, curing complete all as per drawings, specification and as direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing at all lifts and floors 115mm thick Brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed stone sand and using well burnt stock bricks including providing and placing 2 nos. of 8mm dia. rods at every 4th layer, scaffolding, racking out joints on both faces, curing etc. complete all as per drawings, specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 40mm thick Indian patent stone flooring and skirting with cement concrete 1:2:4, using 10mm and below size hard broken granite stone jelly and crushed stone sand including dividing strips, laying in panels, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surface smooth, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor/wall tiles conforming to IS 15622 of approved make in approved size, shade and colour (as approved by Engineer-in-charge), free from crackss, fissures & flakes with straight edges & perfect corners fixed at right angles as per design and pattern required over a bed of 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 using crushed stone sand (in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 using crushed stone sand), including machine/ hand cutting to required size and shape, pointed neatly with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of tile, propoerly finished in all respects, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area all materials and labour complete. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/ Engineer before procurement. In flooring fixing with 20mm thick bedding in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed stone sand.

Providing and fixing of PVC corner beeding/ nosing of approved quality and colour at the corners and edges of the ceramic tiles dadooing including finishing and embedding in the wall etc. Complete all as per specification and as directed by EIC.

Providing Plastering to the internal surfaces of Brick work/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, 12mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary complete all as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing Plastering to the external surfaces of Brick work/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone, 15mm thick in two coats including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tools, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary complete all as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing Plastering to the ceiling surfaces at all elevations in cement mortar 1:3 using crushed stone, 6mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tools, scaffolding, finishing, curing complete all as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with premium plastic emulsion paint of (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of cement primer, preparation of the surfaces, applying putty, scaffolding complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position approved make 580X440mm size White glazed vitreous china ware indian water closet of Orissa pattern W.C. pan with integral type foot rest with 100mm chinaware "S" or "P" trap, One no. 10litre High level or low level white PVC flushing cistern with flush pipe & bend with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS:7231, PVC 15mm inlet connection, with all fittings and fixtures, 15mm stop cock complete including all connection etc. all as per drawings and specifications and as directed at site.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back half stall urinal size 590X380X350mm Hindware Parryware newmagnum model or equivalent approved make with PVC 15mm inlet connection, push cock, 15mm stop cock, C.P. brass spreaders, 32mm Urinal waste coupling with Dome grating and clamp etc. including making G.I waterline connection complete all as per drawings and specifications and as directed at site (only G.I. pipes will be paid under relevant item).

Providing and fixing Vitreous china white wash basin size 550X400/ 550X420mm (Hindware/ Parryware) with C.I. brackets, 15mm C.P. brass pillar taps of Jaquar/ Parryware or approved equivalent make 15mmX600mm long PVC inlet connection, 15mm stop cock, 32mm Heavy quality C.P. brass waste coupling of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and testing complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 6mm thick Mirrors of size 600X450X6mm "Modi Guard" or approved equivalent make with bevelled edges complete with 6mm thick asbestos sheet back ground fixed to walls with C.P. brass screws and concealed washers complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Heavy quality C.P. brass 15mm dia. Bib cock "Jaquar continental/ Parryware coral model" or approved equivalent as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Samples to be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and fixing Cast Iron Nahani Trap/Floor Trap of 100mm inlet and 75mm outlet, (weighing 5.80kgs each), jointing with lead with the connection pipes, placing as per the drawing, including embedding in cement concrete 1:2:4 using crushed stone sand and making circular hole upto floor level using 110mm O/D PVC pipe of 6kgs/sq.cm. pressure and fixing 1no 125mm dia C.P Brass grating, Complete all as per specifications and drawing and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, hoisting and installing at required elevation moulded HDPE cylinder vertical water storage tanks of "SINTEX" or approved equivalent make of the following capacities with suitable S.M.C cover at top including the cost of labour for making hole in the storage tank for inlet, outlet, scour and overflow, providing and fixing necessary G.I Nipples ranging from 15mm to 50mm NB of average 150mm length with double checknuts, washer etc. complete all as directed by the EIC. (HDPE Cyclindrical vertical storage water tank 2000litre capacity).

Providing and fixing PVC pipes supply line with 'Finolex/Varun/truebore' or approved equivalent make PVC pipes suitable for 6kg/sq.cm pressure and special confirming & marked to IS:4985 including jointing with PVC jointing compound, laying and fixing the pipes in the excavated trenches, cost of all types specials such as tees, reducers, coupler, reducing bushes, threaded adaptor, elbow, tail pieces, caps etc., and testing the line complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Construction of Inspection chamber of following size internally upto 1.00metre depth with brick masonry walls of 230/345mm thick using stock bricks inn cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand with necessary brick carbelling as required, plastering with cement mortar 1:3 using crushed stone sand, 12mm thick finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement inside chamber and with cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, 12mm thick for external sides of the chamber including excavation in all types of soils, back filling, providing and laying 150mm thick PCC 1:4.5:8 using crushed stone sand for foundation concrete forming bencing in PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm maximum size graded aggregate and crushed stone sand etc. complete all as per specification, drawing and as directed by EIC. (Inspection chamber of internal size 900X600mm).

Extra depth over initial depth of 1metre or part of a metre depth with necessary modification to the thickness of chamber wall to suit site requirement as per drawing and as directed by EIC. (Inspection chamber of size 900X600mm).

Providing, fabricating, supplying & fixing factory made Honey combed metal flush single/double door of "steeltech/sen harvic" make consisting of 1.6mm galvanised pressed steel frame of size 105X57mm with suitable stiffners and 0.8mm prime quality galvanised pressed steel shutter, 35mm thick door shutter with bottom ventilator panel with levor, necessary stiffners for hardware, with applying a coat of two pack epoxy primer and two coats polyurathene paint and check for correctness of recesses and stiffening plates for all fitings & fixtures etc., the rate includes providing & fixing Aluminium fittings & fixtures, heavy duty stainless steel hinges/pivot hinge 4nos. each shutter and locking arrangements with screws, filling of 1:2:4 concrete door frame etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by EIC. Note: detail of fittings and fixtures 1no. Aluminium aldrops 200mm long, 2nos.of Aluminium tower bolt200mm long, 2nos. of Aluminium handles 150mm long, 1no. heavy duty door stopper, 1no. 50mm dia. PVC door buffer and make provision for fixing hydraulic door closer with door shutter.

Supplying and fixing in position single leaf, factory made PVC Rigid foam panel door frame and shutter of FOREX or approved equivalent make of approved colour and size as required, with 19X19mm MS Square Tube of 19 guage alround, covered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC channel of 50mm width for styles and covered with 5mm thick PVC sheet for top and bottom rails. The lockrail shall be 50mm wide and 25mm thick. The inner panel shall be inserted in the frame with 5mm thick PVC rigid foam sheet, glued to the styles and rails with solvent cement along with 5X25mm PVC beading on both sides of the shutter. The vertical tubes should be filled with hardwood piece to improve the screw holding capacity. PVC door frame of the size 50X47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet mitter cut at two corner and joined with 2nos. of PVC 'L' brackets of 18mm square in the size of 100X100mm. The PVC door frame is reinforced with 19X19mm M.S.Square tube of 19 guage. The frame to be fixed to the wall by drilling 100mm long steel screws by using PVC fasteners and the rate includes supplying and fixing of foloowing door fitting for each door with steel screws of 3nos. of 100mm long SS butt hinges GARG brand, 1no. Aluminium tower bolt, 1no.Baby latch, 2nos.Aluminium D handle (100mm inner to inner) and 1no. 150mm/6" long Aluminium aldrop JHAL/CLASSIC brand or equivalent. (Note: As per door opening measurement in sq.m will be paid ) the door frames shall be fabricated only after taking actual measurement at location comoplete as per spacification and as directed by EIC.

Providing and laying cement based water proofing treatment with a course layer of broken bricks of various sizes to an average thickness of 75mm over a 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand mixed with water proofing compound, plastering the top layer 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, mixed with waterproofing compound, finished smooth with thread marking at 300mm squares (South India water proofing or equivalent, ratio to cement shall as per manufacturer specification or 2% to be adopted) Note: Suitable guarantee for 10years is to be provided for this work. This work has to be executed as per the Specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like trusses, purlins etc. using MS hollow/ circular/ square/ rectangular tubular sections etc., including chamfering and rounding the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer/ zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint/ synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete as per specifications, drawing and as direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Lifting device arrangement if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
