Drawing out the SF 6 / RMU from the Circuit system of 11 KV , Servicing the Circuit breaker by checking the following parameters for proper functioning using CTC for clear off the carbon deposited. a) Checking / fault diagnisis of Isolator & earth switch mechanism slips b) Checking of Gas inside the tank c) Checking the functionality of relay protection system d) Checking the Mechanism of isolator module and vcb module e) Checking the voltage presence indicator f) Checking the complete control wiring for tripping/ closing / indication system Necessary spare parts shall be measured as Supply only in following items Note : a) Servicing shall be performed by authorised service personnel of M/s ABB b) Servicing certficate shall be provided to engineer-in-charge. c) replacement of minor spares like Push button lever, Green push button, red push buttons and shaft for operating handles are inclusive of rate quoted by tenderer.

Supply,Installation,Testing and Commisioning of Indoor Type HT 11KV, 3Phase 50Hz,having rupturing capacity minimum 350 MVA totally metal clad withdraw able type Vacuum Circuit Breaker INCOMER panel with Copper bus bar of suitable rating, horizontal isolation type VCB of capacity 630 Amps rated current, as per IEC 62271-100-200. The switchgear panel shall be of sheet steel construction with ALUZINC not less than 2.5mm thickness for load bearing section and not less than 2 mm thickness for non-load bearing and shall be totally dust and vermin proof. The offered panels shall be tested for IAC level of 25kA/1 Sec., No. of operation of Vacuum Interrupter Bottles (ABB/Siemens/ Schneider make) for better performance: (i) Mechanical life -30,000 Nos , (ii) Rated Current – 10,000 Nos (iii) Rated Short Circuit Current – 100 nos.- All the main components like VI/ VCB/ Relays/ Meters shall be of same make.Approved Makes: ABB (Unigear) / Siemens (NX-Air) / Schneider (PIX). Notes for Srl Item No 3 to 5.02:- Retrieved Circuit Breakers shall be deposited to the AGE E/M E/S with proper ledger taking over by JE. (ii) Any B/R related items required during erection of circuit breakers shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the tenderer.

Taking down the old / deterioted HT Cable from the Substation . Supply & fix for XLPE insulated, armoured, aluminium conductor cable, 11000 volts grade, heavy duty, cross sectional area 95 sq mm ,3 core, laid in trenches/ducts/through pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for out door termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and acessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sq.mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for providing earthing with Copper earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 3.15 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5M below ground level connected to copper strip 20x3 mm thick for earthing lead fixed by means of nuts,bolt,washers etc connected to earth test point complete all as specified in electrical plate NO 3 of SSR 1996 part 1 ,including necessary excavation and earth work in any strata of soil,comman salt, charcoal dust, 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection to earth lead, GI water pipe 20mm dia with funnel &wire mesh , PCC pit with CI cover and frame etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (a) All the joints shall be made with welding to get proper conductivity. (b) Copper Earth strip GI 32 x6 mm shall be provided till the earth pit which may be beyond 7.5 mtrs

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth; for laying cables/pipes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth in any type of soil and getting out soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, all as specified.

Removal of excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified.

Supply and lay DWC Pipe ( Double wall corruguated) confirming to IS: 14930(Part-II) along with necessary Snap fit Coupler for interconnection Suitable for HT Cable of size 95 sq.mm (90/76 mm as diameter) all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge .
