Disconnecting and cutting down the existing unserviceable /burnt out HT cable end joints, outdoor type (Heat shrinkable) 11kV grade suitable for XLPE cables of size 120 Sqmm,3 core and supply and jointing new HT cable end joint of size 120 Sqmm, 3 core, outdoor type (Heat shrinkable) including testing complete all as specified and directed. Make : RAYCHEM/M-SEAL/3M/DENSON

Checking of APFC panels / capcitors bank panels, carrying out necessary servicing, cleaning of the switch gears, busbars with CTC and removing the carbon deposits, checking of the connections, functioning the components such as capacitors, contactors, switch gears etc ,disconnecting and removing burnt out cable end portions, crimping with new suitable lugs of the same size, removing burnt out thyristors, reconnecting and testing complete for maintaining efficient power factor at the Sub station all as directed.

Taking down the unserviceable power factor capacitors of different capacities from the capacitor panel board after disconnecting the electric supply, Supply and fixing of power factor correction capacitors, All Poly Propelene (APP) Box type, rectangular in shape, heavy duty, with over current withstand capability 3 x In, operating losses 0.35 W/kVAr, peak inrush current withstand capability 500 x In, number of switching operations per year : 20000, maximum ambient temperature 70 degree celcious, minimum operating life 300000 hours, various KVAR rating, 440 V, with suitable fixing arrangement including connection with suitable copper cables and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Capacitors shall conform to IEC 831-1, with total losses not more than 0.25W / KVAR. (ii) Copper cables, thimbles will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items. Dismantling unserviceable power factor control relay (APFC) 12 step, from the power factor capacitor panel boards, supply and fix power factor control relay (APFC) 12 step including necessary electric connections and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make : L&T/HPL/Neptune

Supply and fix 4 pole 800 Amps, 50KA ruppturing capacity MCCBs with adjustable thermal and magnetic settings, 50 Hz at 415 volt, conforming to IEC -60947-II/ IS-13947-II including provision of copper cable / extended terminals of suitable ratings from MCCBs to busbar and connection of LT cables with MCCBs with suitable size aluminium lugs complete all as specified and directed for maintaining the APFC panels.
