REPAIRS TO PLUMBING SUNKN FLOOR TREATMENT SANITARY FITTINGS, FLOORING ETC IN TECH AREA UNDER AGE B/R -I AT RCI HYDERABAD

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing the rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

M&L, 30mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, light coloured vitrified tiles in floors of size 600 x 600 x 9 to 10mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Shade and design/pattern of tiles shall be as directed by GE.

M&L, 9 to 10mm thick light coloured vitrified tiles in skirting of size 600 x 100mm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match shade of tile over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, 7 to 8mm thick coloured, joint free Non skid ceramic tiles of size 400 x 400mm/300 x 300mm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Shade, design/pattern of tiles shall be as approved by GE

M&L, coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 300 x 450mm, 6 to 7mm thick in dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs, tiles, cement concrete tiles/paver blocks of any description or thickness in floors, laid and bedded in any mortar including disposal of debris off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L, 18 to 20mm thick, approved machine cut, coloured Granite, factory polished, edges rounded in steps, cooking platform and the like laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 12 to 18mm thick machine cut coloured granite, factory polished, in wall lining, (veneering to wall) over 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 and pointing with white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete laid over 20 mm thick screed bed using cement mortar 1:6.
